Wonderful experience
Genuinely cannot recommend enough. Our entire experience from start to finish was seamless and well communicated. My now fiance(!) and I arranged a consultation with Tamara as we both wanted to be present whilst choosing the perfect engagement ring, and had let her know of what style we were interested in looking at (Emerald cut, roughly 2-3 carat and 18k gold band). On arrival, Tamara was so welcoming and friendly and had set aside a display of options in different carat’s sizes, and settings. We found our dream ring at the appointment and felt like we had full control over our decisions and no pushing at all! We were quoted 4ish weeks and got well within that time period. Nothing to fault and the proposal went wonderfully. Thank you so so much we couldn’t be more happy X

Amazing service!
I’ve been looking for the perfect wedding band for a while. Walking into Austen & Blake we were greeted by Everaldo and he took the time to ask a few questions, looked at my engagement ring and other jewellery I was wearing, and the brought some options. One of them was exactly what I had been looking for — more unique, beautifully designed, and perfect with my engagement ring.
The entire experience was seamless, and Everaldo’s expertise and attention to detail made it even better! I can’t recommend him enough. If you are looking for exceptional service and someone who clearly understands jewellery and has a great eye for it, ask for Everaldo! I highly recommend.

Excellent customer experience!
We visited the Bristol showroom to try on some wedding rings as we weren't sure about which type of rings we liked and we were super impressed with the customer service by Tamara. Extremely friendly, charismatic and made us feel at ease and very welcome. Would 100% recommend!

Overall fantastic experience!
Tamara gave great advice when purchasing our engagement ring and was extremely friendly, open and honest about different ring styles and fits. She explained the order and delivery process clearly and was super helpful when we had to get the ring resized. She put us at ease when making this important purchase and we had a great experience with her and Austen & Blake - plus my fiancée has a stunning ring to wear every day which she loves!

Great service and quality
We came to the Austen and Blake showroom to buy our wedding bands. Absolutely amazing service from Arwen and Tamara. Amazing quality and great advice from all members of staff. Thank you.
My only criticism would be if there is more than one appointment the room is small and you share so it can be quite distracting as you can hear the other conversations.

A lovely experience
I recently went to the Bristol store to find an engagement ring. After months of looking, Arwen helped us find the right one - we didn’t think we’d find it so easily after such a long time of looking. We had a lovely experience; Arwen was friendly, attentive, and humorous. We had as much time to examine the prospective rings as we needed, and never felt “pressured” to purchase - very different from other jewellery stores we have experienced. Amazing beautiful experience
We were greeted at the store by Tamara who had got all the rings we were interested in plus some others for us to look at. I tried them on and we were given all the time we needed to make sure we picked the perfect one. Tamara was so helpful and kind making sure we had a lovely experience. Excellent service from Tamara & Diamond Factory
My whole experience in dealing with Tamara and the team was amazing. I had a rough idea on what I was after and after my initial visit we had nailed down exactly what I wanted after going through all the options. Tamara was really attentive and understood what I and my fiance would be looking for and were very accommodating.
From ordering to collection it was a breeze and even the follow ups and options for resizing was very helpful (although thankfully we didn’t require this!).
Couldn’t recommend more for service value for money!

Amazing customer service!
Austen & Blake have been fantastic from start to finish. We did not have an appointment but Tamara kindly took us a walk-in and was so friendly and informative. We were still undecided on what ring we wanted so decided to have a think on it and Tamara wasn't pushy at all. We contacted her to book another appointment and when we arrived everything was set up ready and she made sure to explain everything in great detail so we felt as informed as possible.
I contacted customer services for a delivery estimate and I received a response the same day from Aida which was accurate. I now have my new rings and I love them so much. Thanks for such a great experience all!

Highly recommend
Great experience with finding the perfect ring. To pick your own diamond from the market made the experience much more personable and the the direct-to-consumer approach gives insight to how much of a good deal you can get; skipping the ‘middle-man’. Tamara was friendly and approachable and, despite making last minute amendments, nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend.
