I bought a yellow rainbow tshirt…I have to say it came within 2 weeks which wasn’t too bad but the difference between what was on the website and what I actually received is an absolute joke. Nothing like I ordered. Wouldn’t recommend this site at all.

Tracking does not work. First order was marked as delivered but was not. Replacement sent tracking was not working as well but eventually received. Items quality is pretty poor. Cheap, non breathable and the zipper is very cheap-will possibly cut me. Pretty sure will have to ditch after first wash

The hiking backpack has excellent back support and the hip belt distributes weight well. Plenty of compartments for organization and the materials feel rugged.

Don’t buy anything from this company. Their products online look completely different to the cheap nasty version you will actually receive. Like myself I purchased a water bottle crossbody bag , it was the worst piece of rubbish ever, a plastic bag would be better quality than this. After numerous emails back and forth they come across as helpful but actually they are cunning and do not refund your money.

The dress is missing a whole shoulder that they failed to sew on! The dress is poor quality with an uneven hem and can't be worn. Absolutely a scam and terrible quality. $69.95 for a half finished dress. Do not shop here.

Extremely disappointed when received my light jacket. Nothing like the photo. The material is cheap and feel like wearing a piece of plastic. Will never buy from this site again. I had had a lesson !

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!! Also, the company is in China, of course...look at the returning address. BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!

I've now seen the bad reviews since ordering - this is a company selling Chinese cheap garments however the website fools you into thinking it's high end quality gear
The shipping is from China - it states 4-6 days - be prepared to wait a lot longer......

Scam alert. Dont buy from this company. The items look nothing like the photos no fabric details, overpriced Chinese rubbish that you can’t return.
Oh and I just discover that they’ve used my name to leave a positive feedback . Outrages 😖

No return instructions and a suggestion to donate the coat. I will report to my credit card company, to consumer agencies, and blast on social media. These scammer companies would not last if it wasn’t for our hard earned money supporting their underhanded tactics!

Absolutely horrendous quality of clothing and do not provide the actual products they advertise for sale.

I had ordered a tailored buttoned green blazer and what I got was nothing short of cheap material and totally different to what I ordered.

I had already complained as the package took forever to get to me despite it saying it would arrive by a certain date. When I tried to cancel the order they said I couldn’t but as soon as the package arrived I would be able to submit for a return and get my money back.

The order eventually arrived to see it was the incorrect item, different colour and very poor quality and was so small it didn’t even fit my 8 year old.

I then submitted for a return and as per their website they offer full refunds and will cover the return shipping costs which they then stated this is not the case and they have been trying to offer me a 20% return and I can keep the item.

Everytime I request a return I am met with either a 20%, 25% or 10% return and can keep the item. I keep stating I would like my full refund as per website and am always met with another option.

They have now said they can’t return it as it’s the same item I ordered which it clearly isn’t!

Wouldn’t recommend at all! Would give them a 0/5 but had to give a 1 to write a review!

I requested to cancel my order, but was told that cancellations are only allowed within two hours of placing it. However, it’s now been four days and my order still hasn’t shipped. I even contacted the courier company, and they confirmed that while they’ve received the shipping information, the package is still with the seller.
According to the seller’s own shipping policy, orders are supposed to be shipped within 24 hours — yet this has clearly not been the case. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support and transparency.

Ordered two suit jackets that were advertised on the website with a button and button hole. Arrived with no button or button hole on either jacket and what I can only describe as polyester lining and tracksuit that makes a swishing sound when you walk fabric. Can't be bothered to deal with their convoluted return policy which is probably what they bank on with the atrocious products they sell. Learned my lesson on not shopping on dodgy sites.

Scammers. The item I received is not as pictured. They refuse to honour their own return policy, only offering a 10% refund for an item that is nothing like pictured.

Do not buy from this company.
Firstly, they sent the wrong jacket. When I enquired, I was told my choice was not available even though you could still buy it on their website.
Item sent was not even on their website so clearly not a mistake.
Offered 50% refund for THEIR mistake, up to 75%. Another staff member then offered 35% with a different story each time.
After many emails and a threat from them,
“This is our final offer”, I accepted 75% refund. Appalling as it was THEIR fault.
This company are liars and scammers
DO NOT USE under any circumstances.

Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure you’re ok if the product is not as described.
They have falsely advertised a jacket as waterproof that is absolutely not waterproof nor water resistant.
When asking for a refund they will refund if I return at own cost, even though the product is defective and the returns policy says they will fund return postage for defective items. A scam
