I received excellent customer services no hassles from start to end. Get the battery installed within a week of getting the quote. The owner would help me to set up the charge schedule which I believe not many installers would do.
Really happy with my recent solar panel installation! The team made the entire process easy and stress-free, with great communication and customer service throughout. Everything was handled efficiently and the installation process was well organised. Thank you to the team for making it such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Aussie Solar Battery. The team was punctual, professional, and very easy to deal with. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about doing a good job for the customer. The sale aand installation process was highly professional and only took less than 2 weeks. The installers were very knowledgable and explained the system and app. I highly recommend them for a house battery. I purchased the Sumray battery, too early to comment on quality and reliability but so far so good.
I filled in a contact form. Even that failed as it required a North America format. The contact form was presumably lifted from a Canadian company is the next they had asked for which Province.

Terrible! Avoid at all costs.
We decided to go with this company in November. They were responsive up until we signed the contract—then nothing for months. They kept pushing back our installation, saying they would get back to us, but no one ever did. We were completely left in the dark.
When we finally managed to speak to someone, our installation had been pushed back yet another month. It has now been four months.
We have proof of all the emails we’ve sent, and despite escalating the issue to management, the sales team "BD and manager" and even asking a call from the owner who said he was to busy to call us" nothing has been resolved.
Save yourself the time and frustration—go somewhere else.
There are so many companies offering Solar Batteries right now due to the Gov rebate, its hard to weed out the good from the bad. I did so much research! Aussie Solar Batteries are one of the few companies who charge what they quoted. This assumes you gave them the right info to work with. My order went in only one and a half weeks ago, and the battery was installed today. Quick turnaround. Lucas, the installer was great at explaining all he would do, and following installation he left the place clean and tidy, helped me download and set up the app on my phone so I can monitor the battery. All round a great service, a good experience. I would recommend Aussie Solar Batteries to everyone.
Put a order for battery and solar 22/9/2025. Promised 6 to 8 weeks. Now 19.5 weeks and many phone calls they still have got a installer. It seems they don't care about messing customers around or they are completely incompetent.
Date of experience was last phone call to them and no reply.
I received a quote from this mob and they actually marked it as an estimate, when I went to sign the contract they charged me extra for the 8kw inverter they considered standard and they were going to charge me extra $300 for a 3phase connection..
also when I talked to them they said no extra cost for installation within 200km radios and now they trying to charge me more because I am 192km from their office.
they are misleading from the first go..
Everyone alert with this scam..
checking further their batteries have no name nobody knows about them and they argue that the design is aussie but made in China.
Be careful dealing with these people as they do not give you an official quote they just give you an estimate so they can change prices as they please
