I ordered a Bushie Plus in February, and I got it a little over a week later. It was well-packaged and is exactly what I was expecting. It was winter when I ordered it, but I can't wait to try it out this summer.

Ordered an Aussie Chiller last week and it arrived today. Fantastic service with communications every step of the way.

I ordered the Aussie Chiller, taking a chance as I only noticed them on Instagram. My hat arrived as described, no issues, the company stayed in touch keeping me up to date with tracking my order as I was overseas. The hat is as described, I would have no problems with recommending this small company, Very satisfied customer

Probably the best hat I ever had. Ventilation is incredebile. Before this hat, I've worn Tilley hat wich is amazing too. The Aussie is a bit more classy.

I stumbled across the advert for Aussie Chiller on Instagram and ended up on their page. I ended up buying the perferated chiller plus as I like a wider brim and will be taking it to Las Vegas in June. Delivery and notifications were very quick and I was informed about the delivery every step of the way ( Australia to the Uk). The hat is great quality and fits nicely. If you're thinking of buying from Aussie Chiller then I recommend them as I had a great experience with them.

Cheap hat ,poor quality material , small brim , over priced for what it is.

Placed the order from Denmark, arrived after order, safety packed and the products are excellent. I'm very happy with delivery and will deal with Aussiechiller again.

Ordered a hat in medium size on Aussiechiller.com. it took three weeks to finally arrive. Unfortunately, the hat didn't fit because the circumference of the hat gets smaller in the top part of the hat so that it just doesn't fit right. It just slides off and sits way too high. I asked the sales manager for an exchange. They told me to send the hat back on my own dime. No return tickets or US customer service. I contacted another representative but they didn't react. Then I discovered that they sell the same hats on Amazon.com. I could have had it much faster and with return policy via Amazon if I just hadn't followed their add on Facebook to look on Aussie chiller.com. Stupid me! Don't make the same mistake!!

i received my bushie today in perfect condition. i am very happy with it. Was just surprised that i had to pay over €10 customs clearance fee (eu).

Received my Aussie hat in perfect state, carefully shipped in box. Great hat! Perfect fit and it has top-quality written all over. Well done boys and girls down under!!

I am very disappointed in Aussie Chiller. I ordered my hat April 24. They told me it takes 6 to 9 days for delivery. After that time passed I contacted them by email 4 different times. They said use my tracking number which I did. Its response of the tracker never changes. It says received by postal carrier for delivery. Finally after 14 days I shared that if I did not hear from them within 24 hours I would ask my card company for a refund. My card company sent me my refund. Be careful doing business with this company. Their customers service is not responsive. You may not receive your order. The only way to do business with a company like this is COD

Ordered my second Bushie (I now have both perforated and solid) and got a free Bucket hat too. The Bucket was a size smaller than the Bushie. To make it fit I stretched it over a partially inflated football and inflated it bit-by-bit to stretch the bucket. It now fits as well and is as comfortable as the Bushie. Excellent lightweight hats.

I absolutely love my new hat, I'm practically living in it with this heat.

Half of the office are now ordering for Christmas presents.

Ordering process was straight forward, shipped and received quickly.

I did have a little giggle at one of the follow up/marketing emails that couldn't believe the hat was being shipped the whole way over to Australia.

Was skeptical, glad I hung in there.. very, very pleased with fit, quality, price, and style..customer service is average, but they are there. Very pleased

1st i ordered a black hat. It was perfect size, fast delivery and price not bad at all. Week or so later ordered same hat but brown. Also same things, quality is good and i love the hats. Been using them whole summer here in Finland.

I am very pleased with both my purchases.
I bought a hat for myself in July and only had minor issues with it because it pulled my hair in the beginning. I just needed a bit off tear and a small adjustment of a rivet. However my kids kept stealing it from me. So I've bought an additional 3 hats and they've just been delivered. My kids are very pleased and so am I because I got the chance for more colours.
Just sad that I had to wait two weeks for delivery with our porstal service.
Beware off the taxes in DK - but they are worth it.

Great quality- if ordering to europe, is better take the little more expensive post- otherwise it take 2-3 weeks
I ordered 2 hats and one cup for hot summer- all of them outstanding quality- very good ratio price/quality
