I did a lot of research prior to purchasing the hardware for my new kitchen and wound up choosing Aure, hoping for the best. I will say delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped, but when I reached out to ask for updates the customer service was phenomenal and I was actually speaking to real humans every step of the way, which was refreshing. Ryan and Arielle were my main two points of contact and I really can't say enough good things about their professionalism and responsiveness. I just purchased more hardware from them and will come back whenever we decide to update other spaces in the house.

Turnaround time less than expected, great customer service, lost a screw where in transit I have no idea if it was my fault or their’s but they shipped a replacement no charge immediately and followed up with me. Product looks timeless and the service and communication quick and efficient.

They are just light switches, right? Once you notice this detail you can't unsee it. We just had our kitchen repainted and had to take off all the plastic light switches. Well a bunch of them were accidentally thrown out. I couldn't bring myself to order more of what was essentially garbage. I saw an ad for Aure switches and gave them a call. They were really easy to work with. I went with matte black since it seemed like the safest option and we are really happy with the results. Going to be bolder for when we get to the guest bathroom.
