SCAM ALERT

Like many others leaving reviews, I purchased the pajamas as a Christmas Gift (arrived late January)--and now the $29.99 charges have started. I disputed the first one about two weeks ago and was contacted by A&B that the membership had been canceled. However, I checked my account this morning and ANOTHER charge was applied for $29.99--for a membership that was supposed to have been canceled.

I was duped just like everyone else…

I was duped just like everyone else leaving a review. I purchased the Taylor Swift pajamas as a Christmas gift. They arrived well after the holiday, so that was disappointing. However, it's shocking to look at my credit card statement and see that in the course of two weeks, I was charged $29.99 twice. I did not agree nor want to be enlisted in any VIP membership. Trying to get this reversed ASAP. Not good business. I would never order from them again.

BIG SCAM - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I bought Taylor Swift pajamas as a Christmas gift. It auto enrolled me in a membership that I DID NOT APPROVE. Charges me $30 a month. They also didn't send me an email after ordering so I don't even know the order number to cancel. They aren't answering the phone. Its been 4 months of these ridiculous charges!!!! This place is the biggest SCAM ever.

SCAM COMPANY!! Do not order from here.
I ordered a pair of Taylor Swift pajamas for Christmas, but didn’t get them until weeks after Christmas. The pajamas were $30 ish dollars. This company has been charging my credit card $29.99 a month, including December. I DID NOT sign up for a monthly rate ( even though they told another customer that it was a special promotion price) and have not received any products. I disputed all charges except the pajama cost. If this company has me on a “special promotion” automatic renewal, remove me immediately! After reading your reviews, I have reported this company as a fraudulent company to my credit card.

MAJOR SCAM! FRAUD!!!!!

I would give this company a BIG FAT ZERO if I could! 1 is generous. I bought a Taylor swift pj for a Xmas gift. It came over 3mths after the initial purchase. Then I noticed I was charged a membership fee in February. I contacted the company and demanded they refund me and cancel a membership I never signed up for nor authorized. To this day I STILL HAVE NOT received my refund. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!

Don’t Buy!

Much like everyone else, I purchased the pajamas and they started charging 29.99 on a regular basis. I’ve received no response to my email and phone call back in December.

They're response below is incorrect... My order for the TS PJs did not indicate agreement to join their "VIP" membership. I checked their website again over the weekend and now they have two buttons to select from when ordering items, one of which includes the VIP status. This was NOT present when I ordered this item. I suspect this was the same experience for the many people who've provided similar reviews.

I too unknowingly have a VIP membership.....

I too ordered the Taylor Swift pajamas for Christmas, they arrived mid January. If I hadn't found these reviews I would have no idea which item came from Aurelleandbloom, as I have no emails or charges from that company for merchandise. Therefore, I have no order number. However, I am being charged 29.99 since December, which I did not sign up for. I had a charge on 3/18 so I completed their "Cancel Membership" form, and got charged again on 3/20. They totally snuck this VIP membership in the fine print somewhere.

Do not buy from this company! This company converts your purchase…

This company converts your purchase into a membership and takes $29.99 usd every month once you accept their terms and conditions. It’s all fine print! When you email them to remove the membership, they do not respond.
Also, they take the money for the item straight away, delay the delivery until close to the first month’s membership fee is removed so you might miss it being debited from your account.
I ordered TS pajamas for Christmas and they didn’t arrive until February. When I looked for their details to find out why they were delayed, I found multiple business names and there was no support line. Emails to the site were not returned or answered. Do not buy from them.

I have just received your copied and pasted reply offering a full refund.
I did not receive any email communication from you Aurelle Bloom, AurelleVIP or any other of your associated companies.
I did not receive any replies to my emails about cancellation of the membership that was hidden in your terms and conditions in fine print. I also did not receive a reply about my delayed order.
Upon my complaint through multiple review websites, you then removed 2 membership charges in 2 days.
I have had to cancel my credit card and my bank has been notified about your scam.
You have made no attempt to contact me to resolve this issue to my email address registered to your companies.
Without a reply, you can conveniently reply to your many hundreds of complaints by copying and pasting your answer.
Very clever! The consumer is not stupid.
Unless you email me directly, I will continue to review your company badly until the public or an authority closes you down. So far I have paid over $400 AUD for 2 poorly made pajamas. PUBLIC BEWARE....
