Aura self tan for older legs…
I ordered Aura self tan for older legs from Materna.
It took ages to arrive.(had to come through customs !!)
When it did arrive it was the wrong colour and packaging was different to pics shown on the advert.
It made no difference to my legs apart from making my skin very dry
I am trying to get a refund. Had to send pics of what I received and a picture of my leg !!
No luck so far with the refund.
I am now convinced that this compay is a scam.
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!

Does not tan
I ordered and it arrived, no problem. I have applied the tan twice , first time it didn’t develop so I tried again in case I’d not done it correctly, again no tanning ! Not even a slight colour change, I’m guessing it’s just moisturiser! I emailed the company, initially they asked the right questions but then just ignore me! DO NOT BUY - SCAM

I purchased Aura Tan in June - edited
I purchased Aura Tan in June. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when I used it it was totally ineffective. I sent an email to complain - after all it does state 90 days refund if not satisfied. They asked me for photos ( which I sent). I have tried emailing them since but I've had no response.
This seem like a scam so please don't buy this product.
EDIT I received a message from Auratan UK. They state that my review refers to another company and this appears to be a different company altogether.
Apologies to them but please be aware that there is a different company pretending to be them !

Why is the company Materna able to sell Aura Tan fake products . I have had to contact my bank to cancel further payments as they never reply to emails and their manage my subscription page can never load. Be aware of Materna

Buy 2 get 1 free, sounds good - don't waste your money. Followed the instructions, not a hint of a tan. Thought if I waited overnight that I might get a pleasant surprise in the morning. NO still had my pale skin 😞 Tried to get a refund, which was guaranteed. Gave up in the end. I have since discovered that the same product which I paid £14.99 per bottle is £2.79 per bottle on Temu. What a take on

I’ve updated my review, as the company and product are not I used were not Aura tan. Materna are mimicking this company.
After investigating the scam further I must apologise to Aura Tan as I can see that you are not associated with Maternas Aura Tan. I would give you 5 stars for putting up with the negative reviews for a product that isn’t even yours.

Materna is nothing to do with Aura Tan and someone has been using their name to sell products! Materna are a scam company and sell useless products.

Scam! I was drawn in by social media marketing and ordered but product gives no tan at all.
I'm attempting to get a full refund as guaranteed on the website but have been told I need to return the product to an address in the USA at my own expense!!

Save your money, no refund for fake/faulty goods
Save your money! This does not work like it is portrayed in socials, it offers a 30 day money back guarantee however when you ask to return it the company send you an automated email, stating it would be analysed on its return and you have to fund the return yourself so you will be out of pocket for a fake product that does absolutely nothing. I have asked for management to contact me with a resolution, but sadly nothing is forthcoming.

Hello,
I am contacting you regarding my recent order, which finally arrived after a significant delivery delay and several unanswered emails.
Unfortunately, when I opened my parcel, I discovered that the 2x exfoliator I ordered was missing. Instead, I received a2 x OceAura Strawberry Matte Cream, which I did not order.
Please arrange for the exfoliator I paid for to be sent to me at no additional cost.
I am also disappointed with the tanning product. I followed the application instructions carefully, applying it to clean, dry skin and leaving it to develop overnight, but I can see little to no colour development. I have done this twice now with no results
After waiting so long for my order, receiving no replies to my previous emails, and then receiving an incorrect item, I am very disappointed with my experience.
Please confirm that you will send the missing exfoliator and advise me what you propose regarding the tanning product that has produced little to no visible result.
I would appreciate a prompt response.

Massively disappointing
Don't buy this product. If it looks too good to be true ..... It doesn't cover thread veins. It also - bizarrely for a self-tan product - doesn't tan. Not even a tiny bit. The hype the product gets is nonsense. I've asked for a refund - as per their 'no risk' policy. Doubt I'll get it.
