Misinformation
Inaccurate business hours you can’t get ahold of anyone only through chat and that takes hours for them to reply. I was chatting with an agent to cancel my membership he said I was within the 3 month membership fee or whatever and I had to pay the difference and he would cancel it immediately. I paid the difference and put it this way I am still waiting for them to cancel. Quick to sign up/ send me an invoice but not to cancel. Ridiculous.

I recently experienced an issue with my AURA device, and when I contacted customer service, Shannon took care of everything quickly and thoroughly. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy. Thanks to her help, my AURA is now working perfectly.
My family and I truly enjoy having a home that smells wonderful. Over the years, we’ve spent a considerable amount on high-end candles, diffusers, and Scentsy products—but nothing compares to the AURA. The convenience of controlling it from my phone is a standout feature, and the quality of the fragrance is exceptional.
Our unit came with the Dubai scent, and it is absolutely wonderful. We were so impressed that we’ve now joined the monthly subscription club and look forward to receiving a new scent each month.

I had a terrible experience getting anyone to help me.
The scent is too strong, made people choke and gag. I feel like its on my lips and in my mouth. Oil spews from it leaving a film all over the room.
Then they make it difficult to return and get a refund.
I don't think it works properly or it wouldn't have such an oily film coming out of it. There are better brands.
Stylish and nice scents.
The product is nice, the scents are lovely but I decided to return it due to being allergic to the scent, which I didn’t expect. I tried to start a return but the website was not functioning properly. Maybe it was because it was outside business hours or the site was undergoing maintenance, I’m not sure but it was so very frustrating and in trying to navigate, it was adding things to my future shipments. I was so angry that I shared my frustration in the moment on here as well as numerous messages and emails to the company. Well, the next day they responded a couple of times and they couldn’t have been nicer! I felt and still do feel badly and I want to apologize. They removed the unintended added purchases as well as walked me through the return for a refund process. What I assumed was a scam company is actually the opposite. I’d recommend purchasing from Aura House. Hopefully, they will make their website a little more user friendly and easier to navigate.
