My order was never received and no way if contacting customer services as email address in website bounced back as invalid email address!!!! Do not buy from this site.
On my confirmation email when I click on order details I am now get an error message and unable to see my order details?

Don’t bother going to this place. The branch I am talking about is inside Asda Watford . Staff are lazing don’t want to provide simple service like eyebrow and waxing.Staff are very rude and first they make you wait then they don’t want to do eyebrows and waxing of face.
I have being their 2 time and same rude staff.

I had an appointment today and they were unaware that I had booked through treatwell. I was in a room with no music I felt that the towel on the bed that I had ti cover myself with was probably used on others I felt uncomfortable and cold . Throughout the massage I cold hear the therapist sniffling as she had a cold , no music . The music came on when there was like 10 min left to the end of treatment . The massage was pointless no teqniques applied and I had to ask for more pressure and that she could emphasise on the shoulders and neck. Long story short it was not a massage more like rubbing !! Waste of my time and money !!

Awful experience!
Been here 3 times. I went to get a treatment yesterday for face wax. The lady burned my face, I have been in extreme pain since with red burns. I got a burn ointment from the pharmacy but it’s still so painful and has red bumps. She was rough with the waxing and I informed her I was going to a wedding, unless you tip them they don’t bother. She said she remembered me from before.
I have never had burns when I’ve had the same face wax there before. She used a large amount of wax and kept ripping it off my face, I was in pain I informed her of this and she said apply ice when you get home. I couldn’t go to the wedding. it is so painful and has burns on both sides of my face. This was done by Rainel, she even gave me her number saying I can book her privately as I left.
First time I went, think it was Yasmin who ripped off my eyebrow when threading. She insisted then I go to the cash point as they only accept cash. She clearly wanted to swipe the money as I told her I always pay by card, she then panicked when I asked to speak to the owner.
They don’t provide you with contact details of the owner but I will take this further and wanted to warn others. I will not go back!

Would DEFINITELY recommend! I've had my nails done by Veronika many times and I can never complain. She has just started doing lashes and I can honestly say these are the best lashes I've ever had done! Today is a week since my appointment and I can't even notice a difference. She delivers exactly what you want, can't wait for my infils!!

Aurabeauty UK delivers excellent customer service. She is very attentive to her clients’ needs. She takes her time to ensure her client is happy with the shape and design of each individual nail and is so creative at freestyle designs. Would definitely recommend!

Veronika did my nails beautifully. I live in east London and would happily travel an hour and a half every few weeks for the amazing quality and service. She was super welcoming, spent time perfecting my nails and personalised the design exactly to my taste. 100000% recommend to everyone.

You made me feel comfortable and your ability to actually hold conversations was top notch! You also did the exact nails I wanted and they still look neat almost two weeks after so thank you x
