Responded very promptly to my problem and got it solved.

When I had mistakenly thought I didn't get part of my order, I inquired about it. You folks responded right away indicating you were shipping me what I thought I was missing. When I discovered the order was correct, I emailed you telling you that I was mistaken and you could cancel that and if it's too late to stop the second shipment, I will be happy to pay for it. You responded by saying it's shipping anyway and not to worry about it. That truly is amazing!

The customer service team is excellent. Quick and efficient.

Within 10 minutes of my contact to them, I not only received the answer but a solution to fit my needs.

I believe I sent at lease three emails to customer service about the product where made, where shipped, didn’t receive a tracking number , any idea when will it being delivered. I received it today, praying this is what I been needing for Neurophaty. Each time quickly I received a beautiful answer back. Very polite very professional. Thank you CS dept. I accidentally placed a double order. I contacted customer service about it right away. They were able to correct the order and ship only what I wanted.

All went well on the clx we will see on refund. This dose not mean I won't use just finishing 1st bottle see what other 2 bring.

When I reached out to company they responded promptly & took care of the issue.

They made the cancellation process very simple and straightforward. Many companies will give you a hard go when you try to end your subscription and try to force you to continue buying their products. Not so with Auniva. The product was fine, but it just didn't help me.

I ordered several bottles of one of their products, had not read the fine print and was delivered more bottles on auto pay-
Within five minutes of sending an email regarding the second shipment, I received a response.
If that wasn’t enough to realize how good customer service was, I recently had another correspondence and within two minutes, my question was answered, and it was taken care of. This is probably the best company I have ever worked with.

She assured me it would Deliver in up to 3 days and was apologetic. With it being attempted to be delivered and the carrier didn’t just leave it outside on the ground in front of of the door with ups closed for Holiday. It was kept safe
