Great software and technical support. My reg. code stopped working after a reinstall and customer services sorted it out for me within 24 hours.

Audkit offers the best services for streaming music. Excellent customer service, always available and efficient in solving problems. Tidal music converter for Mac is practically perfect, even with 192kHz 24-bit audio files. I haven't found anything better online. Well done!

Audkit has always been great helping with my software issues. The response is always quick and very helpful. They recently help me with registration issues as I had recently rebuilt my Windows installation from scratch and the program would not register with my license code.

Używam Audkit Tidal Music Converter od ponad trzech lat. Aplikacja działa bardzo dobrze i spełnia swoje funkcje. Korzystałem z pomocy technicznej 2 razy. Szybko udzielano mi odpowiedzi i bez problemu udało się wszystko rozwiązać. Polecam ten program.

I am on a Mac and Audkit works fine. The interface is intuitive and the resulting MP3s play great on my Sandisk mp3 player. I like that the filename/ artist format is configurable in the settings. I had an update issue that Support solved for me inside of 24 hours, so great support too.

Audkit is an excellent product. As important as the product itself is customer service. They are responsive and provide immediate solutions.

Easy to purchase a one month subscription that you use to convert your files. I appreciate the fact that this vendor recognizes that most people don't need this software indefinitely if you're just doing a once and done conversion of all your old audio books.

I've used audkit Spotify converter in past year and it worked great then. Now several days ago I am using it again. This time the program does not convert at the advertised speed of 5× but rather real time. This is unacceptable for anything more than a few songs. A Playlist of 50 or so titles would take HOURS. The team team here told me it's an issue with Spotify since their last update. Well, that's very misleading advertising. I assume the other converters would be the same. I only took it for one month, and have since canceled any recurring payments
