Great experience!
I purchased an Denafrips Ares 12th-1 from KVS.
I made the payment on Friday afternoon, on Monday I got a text message that the package will be delivered during the day. That was a very fast delivery to Romania.
The communication with Kamen was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Perfect DAC - smooth process
While there was a maintenance of the credit card payment system, it was possible to buy a perfect Ares DAC. The stuff of Denafrips-Europe are helpful, the process, the shipment was quick and convenient.

No answer when trying eo return a DAC for refund!
I bought a new Denafrips Venus DAC from Audiophoria. Since they transferred their internet page to denafrips.eu, some delay in communication occured.
I returned the DAC and got back the entire price I paid.
So they are ok

My colleague opened the email accidentally when in motion on his phone and forgot to make it unread , then we didn't saw it. as we really have serious communication. Anyway Jan , you wrote us just once before 8 days , and then this negative here... again really sorry for this, but I ve answered you 2 times via email before 2 days, when checking all emails and no answer from your side this time. I contacted denafrips also for their opinion regarding the problem and also offered you full money back , or exchange of the unit. Please check your email. I even prolonged the trial period just to be sure that there is no problem at all .

Kamen is wonderful to deal with. I know no other dealer who answers as quickly, even on sunday !
I bought him a Cen.Grand Dsdac 1.0 Superclock last july and it’s absolutely amazing. I love it. The music is so easy to enjoy, it just flows naturally. This Dac is way better than my previous Gustard R26, really not in the same league.
Coupled with my Emerson Digital streamer, I don’t feel like upgrading anymore.

I bought the Iris 12th DDC - you need some patience to get your product from Bulgaria with GLS including tracking function. but the superb sound improvement is worth it. the sound really gets more spacious
