I attended an appointment at the Barnstaple shop today. Excellent experience made by the staff especially Shaun Samuels.

My experience was great, the gentleman kept me relaxed and comfortable.

After two trips to Amplifon in Exmouth and Exeter to take up the 2 week free trial I drove on the third occasion supposedly to collect my hearing aids. En route and just 5 minutes before I was due to arrive I received text to say my appointment was cancelled. I still want into Exmouth brach to be told ,"we are not doing the two week trial now and your hearing aids are out of stock."
I wrote to head office asking for an explanation, no explanation was given. I was offered £20 towards my travel costs. If this is the way they treat customers then I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. DISGRACEFUL.!

The appointment was late but it was a good and thorough hearing test . I got to my appointment in Skipton on time but they could not find my name on their system. I showed them my email which had my appointment and it transpired that they had double booked at 3.30pm. I had to wait until they finished to see me and that was about 30 minutes late. I was asked to come back at another time but I preferred to wait as my appointment was once already cancelled. I was quite fed up and annoyed with the whole thing to be honest.

I visited Hidden Hearing for my free hearing teat. Easy to find very welcoming receptionist offered refreshments. Went to have my hearing test met Lilly who is very friendly and puts you at ease. Explained everything what she was going to do in the test was professional and explained that I do need hearing aids there was no pressure to buy anything . Fantastic I would recommend Lilly and "Hidden Hearing" to all my family and friends thankyou .

Following a family holiday I had muffled hearing in my left ear. I popped in to Hidden Hearing hoping to get an appointment within a few days but they got me seen within an hour. The lady on reception was very friendly and was super helpful.

The appointment itself was exceptional. Diane was extremely friendly, taking the time to get to know me and my circumstances. She then sorted the issue with exceptional care, explaining the process as she went through it. She carried out a hearing check as well which was great customer care. I cannot recommend this business enough, especially Diane.

A huge thank you for the care and attention you take. An exceptionally positive customer experience. 10/10.

I had an appointment for ear wax removal and saw Dee who explained everything that would happen in advance and was caring and efficient.

You advertise a product at a low price.
And charge more than Boots or Specsavers.
False advertising. Lying even

Appointment was on time. The examination was thorough and the Dispenser was friendly and helpful.
I wish I had turned to Hidden Hearing long ago, the aids are comfortable and do what they are supposed to do. Thank you.

Very professional but also naturally empathetic and have better hearing now!!

The appointment was a half hour late because the previous appointment was a NEW customer! The practitioner gave a very unconvincing half hearted apology when I said that half an hour was a bit much she was extremely defensive and even said that she didn’t like overrunning and would be late collecting her children From school.The examination was carried out in a brusk but businesslike manner. No specific questions were directed at my wife although I was asked to bring someone close for their opinion to be sought. I gained a strong impression she was making up for lost time. The whole appointment took less than 15 minutes.
The receptionist made a valiant effort in engaging us in conversation to help cover the lateness.
It would seem to me that as a well established kcustomer of over 10 years I am considered caught and of less importance tha a new customer.

Received a free hearing test to check the need for any hearing aids. Staff member was very professional and thorough throughout the process with a good explanation of exactly what the test results meant. No problems identified and refreshing to note that I wasn't recommended anything I didn't need.
