Didn’t have to wait too long for an appointment.
Explained the type of hearing aids available.
Excellent service.

Extremely helpful, in Temple Fortune branch, answered any questions.I was told I had perfect hearing for my age 69 so I was very pleased.I didn't have to have any other tests so I can't really comment on those.All in all a pleasant but short experience....but not complaining.

The lady named Dee who de-waxed my ears on Monday 5th was very good, but at the time I made the appointment with her, which I did over the phone, I was also able to and made an appointment for my annual hearing test (at noon Thursday 8th. But but when I showed up for that test today at Temple Fortune they had not been notified of this appointment and had given the slot to someone else. I was also then told by Nasreeen that you cannot book the hearing test at the same time as you book your dewaxing in case you need two dewaxings. Yet I have a card Dee gave on which she wrote regarding next year : 'Book Wax removal same day as hearing test.' This seems to contradict what Nasreen told me.

I have been a customer at Hidden Hearing with whom I have been very happy. The jury is out with Audika. I passed the shop yesterday but couldn’t go in with a query because a notice said appointments only. I tried to telephone this morning but none of their numbers answered. I have just managed to make an on line appointment.

I originally purchased a pair of hearing aids from the previous business owner, but unfortunately they never worked properly. Audika kindly resolved the issue by replacing them with a new pair of Oticon MiniRITE hearing aids.

The new hearing aids are excellent. They suit my daily needs very well and have made a real difference. I am extremely grateful to Ms Nesreen and Audika for their professionalism, understanding, and commitment to finding the right solution.

The practitioner, Mr Nicolo Grano, is a model for his profession. We are both elderly, and the patience, perfect manners and respect he's shown at all times are exceptional.
