Audika - Stockport Vernon Street Omdömen

Made to feel welcome by the excellent staff and my problems listened to and acted upon where possible.

It was a very relaxed appointment and Josh was very professional and explained everything as we went through the different procedures to complete the tests.

Treated with dignity and respect by a very knowledgeable technician

Josh in Stockport listened to my problem, checked my aid and immediately knew I needed a replacement. It was promptly ordered and a follow up appointment made
Karen on reception greets you like a friend and is very helpful

It’s always a pleasure to go to hidden hearing as Josh and Karen are so professional helpful and caring.

Taken on time. Very pleasant lady- all things checked without sales pressure which makes me happy to return.

I have visited hidden hearing today and loved it so much. The lady called Karen at reception was so friendly and made us very comfortable. Then I was seen by Gabriela who did all the hearing test for me. Again she was very professional and explained the whole process before she did anything. Very friendly approach towards their customers. I will recommend this.

Made to feel very comfortable by the lovely staff and excellent service

From the minute I walked through the door to me having my hearing test I was made to feel at ease and welcome the atmosphere in the shop was very welcoming and relaxing.I will be recommending hidden hearing to my family and friends.

Excellent, pleasant, friendly, helpful staff at Stockport branch. Relaxed pleasant atmosphere and very informative.

I have just been for my annual hearing checkup and it was every bit as thorough as my original assessment. Every visit is always equally friendly and my hearing has been unbelievably improved since I was issued with their hearing aids. I cannot recommend them enough.

I just wanted to know if the could give me a hearing aid that works in my right ear it got busted when I was 7 now iam 70iwould love to have a conversation that I can hear clearly and they can

Very professional and caring, giving me detailed information about my hearing.

Meg was brilliant. Explained the process clearly, including some of the potential downfalls ( none of which bothered me ). Took before and after pics which showed how clean they were once she had finished. Would definitely recommend!
