I had an hearing test with Lilly Demirezen, she is a very charming lady, knowledgeable and explains everything in a professional manner, after the tests are done goes through what hearing aids are available with no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend if you have any difficulty hearing.

Very good and very nice

Very informative & gave me all the information I required. It was also very relaxed.

Efficiency and friendly

Had my ear wax removal today at the Sheffield branch. Excellent service and Jan was a real trooper cleaning out my ears. Definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff showed great expertise and patience when dealing with my queries during my recent consultation, and I left with more confidence regarding the use and fitting of my hearing aids which I am now putting into practice. I also, it was useful to be able to see images on the computer screen and pictures of the inner ear etc. Thank you.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Sheffield yesterday for an ear wax removal procedure.
Jan who removed the wax was very friendly and helpful in explaining what would happen during the procedure.
The whole experience was straightforward and over very quickly.
I would also like to praise Julie on reception for always being polite and friendly, and last but not least Lilly who has guided me through my hearing tests and made me feel relaxed with her breezy personality and calming influence.

Went with a friend who was having a hearing test / considering hearing aids. Lilly was excellent, explaining everything very clearly, both in terms of the test, and the potential options for hearing aids. Interesting and informative, as well as providing a good quality potential solution.

First time I have ever had a hearing test. Lily in Sheffield explained everything, and was very professional. The whole process of being fitted for hearing aids was made very easy and straight forward, and the after care and service appears excellent, and much more than I was expecting.

Really enjoyed the demo very professional. LILLY was excellent. I am only sorry my wife and I cannot afford the hearing aids.

Lilly was very kind with words and her gentle approach. She patiently explained every detail got me relaxed in a couple of minutes. Beauty and brains I must say.
