I paid 70£ to clean my earwax , where I come to the appointment they just take so pictures inside my ear , nothing else , just waste basically 70£ for appointment ! Joke , never recommend, I fill they stills my money

I didn’t like feeling intimidated
I initially was quite impressed with my visit to Hidden Hearing. I agreed to the 2 month trial and bought and paid £4,500 for my hearing aid. However, after just 3 weeks I was not satisfied that my tinnitus and hearing had improved, which I was assured it would be. So I decided to hand my goods back to Hidden Hearing. It was on doing so that the audiologist became quite intimidating and made me feel very awkward. This was a character change on his behalf as prior to this he was charming. This was most unprofessional and has convinced me that regrettably I will not be returning or recommending Hidden Hearing in the future.

Excellent wax removal service and…
Excellent wax removal service and hearing check at Salisbury. Roz was charming and professional. I have my ears de-waxed regularly and this was the first time with Hidden Hearing and she provided the best treatment compared to others I have used. Highly recommended!

Ear wax removal by micro suction at the Salisbury Branch.
Whilst this wasn’t my first experience of ear wax removal, it was the most professional I have had to date.
The practitioner, Rox Clarke, was excellent and she explained everything in detail and also conducted a hearing test on completion. Highly recommended for anyone considering whether to have it done!
