I didn't know about this place until I walked past it with my partner in Norwich. I've had blocked ears for a few weeks now, and she jokingly said that I could go and get my ears sorted. The two other companies that I knew about who offered microsuction had told me they had a 3 week and 6 week waiting list, so I had already booked in on the 3 week waiting list. My ears had got worse and I had been putting drops in for a couple of weeks so I thought there was no harm enquiring with Hidden Hearing. They were welcoming and helpful from the offset, and said they could actually do it there and then. Obviously I jumped at the chance and booked in for an appointment with ear care practitioner Diane.

Diane informed me of exactly how the procedure worked, made sure I was comfortable and off we went. She was professional throughout and regularly asked if I was ok during the procedure. Overall I was incredibly pleased with the experience, and the results were great as well.

The procedure was slightly more expensive than I was quoted elsewhere, by about £15, but I would happily pay the extra to cut out the 3 weeks waiting time. I was also informed that Hidden Hearing use equipment which allows them to clean a little bit more effectively than some other companies.

One piece of advice I would offer is to check in with Hidden Hearing first. They actually said that the drops my GP had recommended can sometimes make microsuction slightly more messy, complicated, and can sometimes require a second visit. The second visit is included in the £70 if they're unable to remove it all first time round, but definitely worth speaking to them before you self treat.

Never heard of hidden hearing but glad I do now ! When my ears were blocked and thought I may have a hearing problem I contacted their customer services and they were very friendly, helpful and got me an appointment locally and in less than a week with no fuss . At the appointment for ear wax removal and mini hearing test Diane Dorr was friendly, professional and explained everything so well and made me feel comfortable and said just say to stop at any time if it felt uncomfortable. I had a very big build up of very hard wax but she persevered and was determined to get my ears fully unblocked which she did .It's made an unbelievable difference to my hearing which I am so thankful for .She also gave good advice on preventing it getting so bad in the future and about getting a follow up check . Would highly recommend hidden hearing the experience was good from start to finish

I was reluctant to visit the Norwich store, however when I did visit for a hearing test the consultant was very good and understanding, she took the time to explain my hearing difficulties.
I returned agin this week to collect my hearing aids (which were more expensive than I was intending to spend) I am very pleased with my hearing aids and feel assured that support will always be there if required.

Expert audiologist. Professional service providing careful instructions and polite advice. Jerry Eldridge was without doubt the best and most delightful person I have ever dealt with regarding Hearing Aids. I will most certainly visit again.

I made an appointment for my father and myself, my father (90) was struggling with his excisting hearing aids.
Jerry Eldridge was very friendly and professional, the look on my father's face when fitted with his new aids was priceless.

Was a bit tentative about having the wax removed from my ear but eventually had to go because my ear was totally blocked. I attended Hidden Hearing in Norwich and my Ear Care Practitioner was a lady with the name of Diana Dorr. I was immediately put at ease by this lady who has a very jovial personality. The procedure was explained fully to me as she expertly and painlessly removed the wax from my ear. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing for any hearing problems.

Today I saw Diane Dorr for earwax removal. She explained the problem clearly and how she was going to solve it. Not only did she remove the offending wax to enable me to hear again, but she checked my other ear and cleared it and also gave me a hearing test. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service she gave and will be recommending her to friends, relatives and anyone else who wishes to hear! Thank you Diane.

I visited the Norwich branch last week. The booking process was straight forward and I was able to see someone within 5 days. Upon arrival I was made to feel very welcome.
I was treated by Dianne who is so lovely and extremely awesome at ear wax removal let me tell you. The relief was instant and I scoled myself for not coming to see her sooner. I recieved a hearing test as part of the apointment. Everything was sorted out in the one trip so I wont need to go back any time soon. Highly recommend.

My ear care practitioner, Dianne Dorr, was very professional and friendly. She put me at ease straightaway and explained the procedure clearly. And she cleared my ears! Which was a huge relief.
