Nothing too much trouble
After missing my hearing check ups over the last couple of years due to covid. I was pleased to see Halema again to check my hearing and alter my Oticon hearing aid settings.Halema was so attentive,checking my ears, without any fuss she removed a build up of wax,reset my aids efficiently and sent me on my way with a big smile as usual. I hadn't realised how much I was overdue a visit! I definitely will not leave it as long next time!

there was a new girl working from your Northampton clinic. Her name was Rebecca she set my hearing aids to work via my phone and was very professional with her approach to the hearing test and has restored my confidence in hidden hearing. I have been a customer for approximately 9 years this is one of the few times that I have left my appointment happy with the service I have been given

A very pleasant receptionist
My hearing aid cable had become detached from the unit. I went into the shop in Northampton thinking that the hearing aid would need to be sent away. The young lady in reception sorted out my aid very efficiently while I looked on. She was most pleasant and smiled nicely throughout the visit.

Amazing from start to finish customer…
Amazing from start to finish customer service is the best I have ever come across. James made the home visits for disabled parent totally amazing and his patience 100% perfect. it’s great having my mum back to talk too I would recommend this company to anyone although we expected miracles the first hearing aid did not work for her just a bit difficult to put in really hard. still not giving up she had moulds made and they worked out perfect few home visits to adjust and her hearing is amazing

Roopa Samani was my audiologist
Roopa Samani was my audiologist. She was brilliant. My first time getting my ears cleaned by micro suction and couldn’t recommend it enough! It was very professional. Photos of the ear to show the blocked area, then a photo to show the cleared area. Hearing check after was very helpful and I felt very assured. 10/10 would recommend. Best service I’ve used for my ears!

I have recently had my ears syringed at Hidden Hearing branch in Northampton. My ear care Practitioner was Roopa Samani.
I would thoroughly recommend you have her for your treatment as I found her amazing.
My ears were particularly blocked as I wear hearing aids and I hadn't had treatment since before lockdown. Roopa was so professional gentle and persistent until I was all clear again. I would recommend to anyone. Thankyou.
