Audika - Newcastle Westgate Road Omdömen

Everyone was lovely and very pleasant. But the most important thing was their professionalism. Especially the Lady who checked my ears, tried to remove wax, and found it was not wax, she eplained everything to me told me to contact the doctor, and she would send a referral letter.

I had trouble parking but they waited for me. They explained in simple language and great detail what they were doing and the outcome. Would highly recommend.

Efficient staff friendly and helpful
Comfortable experience
5/5for cleanliness

After 2 yearly attempts to help me get the best out of my hearing the consultant explained everything simply and tried a different style of amplifiers which work wonderfully. I can't thank him enough for his time and effort to help me find a solution to my very narrow ear canals. I would recommend him to anyone so a huge thankyou from me.

Very professional, friendly and efficient.

The fact that I arrived a week early and I was assured it would not be a problem to fit me in. I was given a coffee while I waited and then I was given there usual friendly and expert service. The couple of problems I was having with my hearingvsids were resolved and I am delighted with the results and the kind service.

He was very knowledgeable patient and understanding

From the minute I walked in the door I was welcomed and looked after. Excellent service. Jo did my wax removal took the time to listen to my problem. Explained everything what she was doing next. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lovely lady would recommend hidden hearing 100%.

Audiologist was very knowledgeable and personable. Very easy to interact and helpful

Welcoming friendly technician. Full explanation and reassurance given at every stage of the examination.

I recently had an ear wax removal procedure at hidden hearing in Newcastle and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The clinician was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Using microsuction, she quickly and painlessly cleared a significant amount of wax, restoring my hearing almost immediately. The environment was calm, and I appreciated how she explained each step clearly. I highly recommend this service. Thank you for such excellent care!

Great experience, friendly and made to feel relaxed, next steps explained well. Very clean environment, overall extremely happy

Always really great service. The lady is lovely and swift, no issues.

Easy to talk to and very reassuring at
Hexham Abbey.

I have no comment, everything was perfect

Warm welcome at the door! Slightly worried as hadn’t had ear wax removed for a long time ! Nurse was absolutely brilliant! Explained everything she was doing in my language, showed me photos as she went, was very patient and took her time. Clarified that I would need to return in one week and why to allow a full job to be completed at no extra charge. Hearing already significantly improved , totally painless experience! Would DEFINITELY use again! One of the best customer service experiences in a long time!

Expert at hearing tests and explaining the results. Hearing aids checked and updated.
