I recently had a free hearing test with Samantha Lidington at Audika Pudding Lane after noticing I was sometimes struggling to hear people in loud or busy environments.

Samantha was excellent throughout. She was very thorough with the tests and took the time to explain what she was doing and what to expect at every stage, which made the whole experience feel very relaxed and professional.

She then clearly talked me through the results and, thankfully, my hearing was found to be within the healthy range, which really put my mind at ease.

A really positive experience from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Samantha and the team at Audika Pudding Lane to anyone looking for a hearing assessment or advice.

I was delighted when I was offered an emergency appointment as I had issues with hearing aids and my ears. The aids were sorted quickly and I had a cancellation to get the wax removed, so I left with both my ears and the aids sorted out within 18 hours of my panic call.

I attended audika hearing care in maidstone pudding lane. To have wax removed. I was recommended to have this done by Samantha lidington my hearing aid dispenser, who is always professional and thorough.
Jessica Finley the ear care practitioner who removed the wax was very friendly, and also very professional. She explained the process thoroughly.
It was genuinely a very good experience all round.

My experience with Jess in the Maidstone Branch was smooth, supported and efficient. She explained every detail of what was going to happen. The micro suction was extremely gentle and I was happy with the wax that came out and how clean my ear was after. Absolutely no pain at all. The clinic is clean, the staff happy and accommodating all round a very positive experience. I recommend anyone who has earwax issues to go and get them cleaned out so easy and gentle.

I was offered tea by the receptionist whilst waiting for my appointment -
I was early - and when my turn came things were explained to me, inc showing that I have wax in my ears. This is going to be sorted this week coming and then they will resume testing my hearing:-)
