Aftercare is disgraceful!
Contacted Hidden hearing at Leeds on 18th July after numerous attempts, finally managed to speak to Alison. My elderly father was having problems with his hearing aid which is still under warranty, he was unable to come in to sort this out as he had Covid and Alison agreed to extend the warranty and advised us to call back to make another appointment when he was well enough to attend an appointment to sort it out. We have now been calling every day for the past few days and again there is no response at all. The hearing aid is not fit for purpose and we cannot get an appointment or an answer to our calls to rectify these issues. The customer service is appalling.

We were working behind the scenes to find out what had gone wrong and locate your father's details. I understand that your father has now spoken to our team and arranged an appointment. We are so sorry for the issues in contacting the Leeds hearing centre recently; two of our branch co-coordinators had to take emergency leave and your message didn't get passed on. We have checked to see if we are missing any other information for your father or any of our other clients but thankfully that doesn't appear to be the case. Once again, thank you so much for bringing it to our attention.

Booked appointment at Hidden Hearing as this procedure not readily available on NHS.
I received excellent service and audiologist described step by step what the procedure entailed.
Would definitely recommend.
