Wonderful customer care
Wonderful customer care. Really pleased with all aspects of experience with this company. Really happy with product as was worried that I wouldn’t get used to technology and would have problems adjusting to wearing hearing aids! No problems so far!

Staff at the kings lynn branch very helpful. Daniel provided an excellent service and I can honestly say that my life has changed I wish I had gone to hidden hearing at an earlier date. I would recommend this service to all people who have a hearing issue

A Superb 5 star service *****
I today had a wax removal procedure with Hidden Hearing in King's Lynn, what a superb service. Prompt professional and totally efficient, the results are excellent , hearing fully restored without fuss.
A five star service that I would recommend to anybody.

Excellent Service
I had an excellent experience today ay the Kings Lynn branch. Lucas was very professional, careful and caring.
I am booked in for a free hearing test in 2 weeks and an annual ear inspection.
I thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing, excellent service and care.

I was extremely nervous for this appointment as I am with all medical appointments but luckily I had the lovely Diane Dorr who was just great! Made me feel at ease the whole time and completely cleared my ear! Couldn’t recommend her more!
