Audika - Ipswich Omdömen 

This is now the 4th year we have checked in with Audika and as usual we were greeted with the cheerful face of Andrew who listened to our queries and dealt with them to our satisfaction. We left with the knowledge that if the improvements that he made were not satisfactory we could return at anytime.

The lady I saw was so reassuring and professional as it was the first time I had wax removed . She made the whole process comfortable and easy. I would recommend this firm whole heartedly.

Consultant I saw (Adam) was incredibly professional. Carried out comprehensive hearing checks, highlighted severe decline, set in process for ENT involvement, configured new hearing aid to increase incrementally day by day. Could not have done more.

The first consultation was wonderful. Andrew knows what Jan l suffering. We look forward to seeing him and his team next Monday.

Everyone was very helpful and explained everything to me. Andrew took all the time I needed to feel confident using my new hearing aids explaining all I needed to know at this early stage and not confusing me with too much information.

Had the best appointment ever this week, multiple tests undertaken and explained, very pleasant tester who took her time, did not feel rushed in any way. Adjustment thought through and applied making a totally more comfortable experiences.

Surprised at the cost but interview and test went expertly.
