Professional and friendly greeting by receptionist on arrival for appointment. Mandy, the ear care practitioner was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and I felt reassured and at ease. Mandy’s expertise and patience were much appreciated as was the state of the art equipment. Another family member is hoping to book an appointment for the same procedure and follow up. Thank you very much.

Fantastic from start to finish. Found Hidden Hearing on the net after deciding to change from my usual ear care provider. Booking online was simple and hassle free, you get a text and a follow up call the day before which is nice. I arrived a little early but this was no problem as there is a small reception area to sit in, but as Mandy the Ear Care practitioner was a little ahead of schedule it was good to go. Mandy was fantastic explaining every aspect of the procedure even though I’d had done many times previously she took me every stage from the what sounds/sensations I’d get to any possibilities to be aware of. As I had impacted wax I would need a second visit this was no problem or further cost, which is very competitive and great value for money.

I can not recommend Mandy and Hidden Hearing Hull highly enough, with their attention to detail second to none and value for money I will be returning.

This experience was great because of a very competent young lady called Rosie who made the whole process relaxing and easy to understand.
She was friendly, put me at ease and quickly brought my hearing back with the Hidden Hearing Aids.
It was like magic.
It has certainly given me a new outlook on life!!
No more whistling hearing aid in the car!! No looking for an out of the way space at parties. No being the butt of jokes because I'm deaf. SHOUT UP,
SHE'S DEAF.
Now I can look forward to a more social life, join conversations and enjoy listening to family & friends.

Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Mandy was so approachable and explained everything she was going to do during my wax removal appointment. So relieved I could hear again after suddenly becoming almost deaf 10 days ago. The procedure was quick and absolutely painless. Very pleased I decided to go to Hidden Hearing, would definitely recommend.

The wax removal is excellent, but you need to be prepared for the noise whilst it’s being done. The results are well worth the 10 minutes per ear mild discomfort.

I could not believe this service was free.
Ben, the audiologist was very good, talked me all the way through the test, explained thee anatomy of the ear, and was completely honest, telling me my hearing was perfect, and that he would send a letter to my GP, to say I had had the hearing test, and there maybe something else causing my tinnitus.
Grace, the girl on reception, is also lovely

Punctual, polite and efficient service. Explained everything they were doing and put no pressure on me to buy their hearing aids as I can get them on the NHS
