I had a great experience with Liam at the hove clinic. Unfortunately my results were not what I wanted to hear as they are a little more complex, but Liam was so compassionate and really took the time to ensure I understood my options and what the next steps should be. Thankyou Liam!

Flexibility - altered my appointment time to my convenience as I was in the area and would have meant me hanging around Mary is very good Great asset !!

Today I seen hearing Aid Dispenser, Liam what a very
rare caring person, approachable, respectable curtesy all in a professional but very friendly manner.
Liam spent one hour checking my trouble ear, tests explained all in details. Advices offers, etc,
Receptionist , so king offered me a hot drink very friendly, feel safe and trustworthy.

I will recommend to anyone to visit Hidden Hearing
Centre without any second thoughts.

Very good sales technique. Was not offered less expensive aids. Just the most expensive ‘best’ ones ! Charming staff. And efficient follow up. But commission is premiere.

Superb service. The lady at reception was pleasant, friendly and professional making you feel immediately welcome. Liam, the audiologist, was very friendly and carried out his tests both informally and skilfully explaining the purpose of each test together with their findings with clarity so that the processes took place in a very comfortable manner. As a result, once the demo hearing aids were in place the improvement to my hearing was significant. Would highly recommend this company.

Before visiting Hidden Hearing, I had already spent £69 + £50 at another clinic for two sessions. After those sessions, they told me my ears were clean and that I only needed to continue using ear drops. However, after 20 days in the same uncomfortable situation, I decided to book an appointment with Hidden Hearing.

From the start, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. When Kathryn examined me, she immediately noticed that my ear was still fully blocked. She managed to remove everything properly (70£ only) in one session and even asked me to come back a week later for a free follow-up.

The whole experience was excellent. Kathryn was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and I’m really glad I chose this place. Highly recommended!

Through timely and friendly session. Never felt pressured and all questions were answered with real professionalism. Those questions I forgot to ask were also explained. Fantastic

I was bringing an elderly friend with severe hearing loss and added complications for new aids, and Liam was attentive, kind, thorough and most importantly...unrushed. She felt "seen" and wasn't treated as elderly but with respect and dignity, thank you

I was impressed with how intense and thorough the hearing test was. Elle clearly explained every stage and expected result. I learned, looking at the graph, the exact levels of my hearing. It was a revelation. My decision on how to proceed was respected and not subected to pressure. Many thanks

Visited the Hove branch for the first time for a free test as I feared my hearing was getting worse. I sometimes struggle with TV where the characters mumble or there’s background noise. Liam was great, did all the tests, said that my hearing basically wasn’t all that bad! We agreed I’d come back in a year. Liam was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t push to sell hearing aids when it was clear I was happy to continue as I am.
