James at the Hatch End UK branch was very welcoming and knowledgeable.He put me.at ease as this was my first ever hearing test,which he carried out very efficiently. He then offered various solutions of hearing aids.No pressure. And finally gave me his card to say to contact him if I needed.more information. Very professional and personal service.

Hearing test was conducted in a professional manner

I was received professionally. Hearing test fine and examination of the ears was good.

I did notice that in the past the consultant cleaned and changed the wire? Cone, filter and batteries before I departed.

On this occasion I received my aids back as I gave them to him.

It’s not a complaint but an observation. The little details matter in customer service.

I found everything I needed very easily. I only wish other places would be the same.Sadly they are not. So keep up the good work.

The audiologist was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable; she explained all procedures in a straightforward way, answering questions without hesitation. Overall, a worthwhile consultation.

Allow time to park outside store. BUT staff were excellent, my 83 year old mum has been struggling with NHS aids, she was given thorough examination and issues were explained simply and clearly, she was mead to feel at ease and prescribed great aids , she was over the moon. Highly recommend, but remember you get what you pay, but payment plans are available 👍👍

Quick and easy to arrange an ear wax removal appointment. Jessie was superb, really patient and mindful of some acute sensitivity in my right ear, close to a nerve. Follow up already fixed in 6 months. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you Hidden Hearing Hatch End. And Jessie!

The experience in the shop was good but the audiologist said he would email me the price and details of the hearing aid that was suitable for me but unfortunately he has not yet

Excellent after sales service. You can't fault it

The hearing test felt relaxed but extensive, my results were explained and detailed. There was no pressure to buy any hearing products.
After the information was given, I am now going to return with the view to buying one of the aids that were recommended.

Got the parking spot just nearby. Did not wait long for the appointment. The tests were done professionally and the doctor made me (us) comfortable and friendly.

Nicolo Grano is the person that made my experience so excellent. I had dealt with others previously who were not as good. Nicolo is efficient, professional and really understands the make up of hearing aids so if there is an issue he is willing and able to resolve it quickly. Nicolo is very business like and so efficient.

The staff were both professional and courteous and explained every detail throughout the procedure.

From reception to consultant everyone very polite,friendly and helpful.
