Mick is a fantastic audiologist- extremely knowledgeable, professional and empathetic to people with the hearing loss. He takes time with his patients and makes sure that the device meets their needs perfectly. My grandmother and I are very grateful for Mick’s excellent service.

The approach and service delivery is faultless.
Any information that is asked, is answered clearly, any information given is precise and easily understood.
The different staff I have had contact with are welcoming, friendly and professional. Anything that needs to be clarifying is done so in a sensitive way.
Hearing loss is factor I have found difficult to accept, the agents I have had dealings with are not simply business professionals, they are very obviously aware of, in this case, MY anxiety and gave me reassurance and guidance before offering the service that was available for my condition.

Mr Colclough was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my husbands hearing difficulties and we came away from his consultation reassured. We are now considering the £3000 outlay on hearing aids, perhaps I should just raise my voice when speaking to him! When we decide we will definitely return to his clinic. Great, friendly service, highly experienced personnel, very knowledgable regarding the data gathered from hearing tests and the various hearing aids. Great explanation of test results and how the hearing aids work and open to any questions. Spent a long time describing the hearing aids I selected and how to maintain, clean and adjustments via my iPhone. Brilliant all round.

Testing proved my hearing was deteriorating and required different aids to assist with better hearing
