Very polite and courteous staff,in pleasant surroundings.
I have to mention Gordon Bruce,he conducted my consultation in a very professional manner and was very explanatory, on everything to do with my hearing test and was very patient, when explaining the ins and outs of using my hearing aids.
Hassle free consultation,no hard sell whatsoever.
Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Did not wait long to get an appointment. Staff friendly and appear to be well trained. They discuss treatment options and recommendations clearly. Would recommend this company if experiencing any issues relating to hearing.

Very pleasant experience with Jayne in Glasgow! Lovely lady with a fab sense of humour! Hearing-loss is no laughing matter though, Jayne put up with my nervous banter and chat! So easy to talk to and really put me at ease. She recommended what she thought was the best option for me and surprisingly not the most expensive! Very knowledgeable, experienced and down to earth! Special mention to the lovely lady on reception too, whom I initially made my appointment with. Very patient answering my questions! The premises were very warm and inviting in this current cold weather! Can’t wait to get my aids! Thank you both for being so nice!

After about a year of not hearing the hearing AIDS I thought Jane had left hidden hearing and was then informed she was on training. I decided to go back as I heard Jane was back. Within 3 weeks my hearing was perfect. I cannot recommend Jane enough. A fabulous professional. Love Sarah Deakin

Went to Hidden Hearing with my dad today (83yrs young) and met with Gordon Bruce the gentleman dealing with my dad and has done since he has been going there, this was my first time meeting Mr Bruce and all I can say is what a lovely man, he was very informative with my dad and myself, to with my dad on a level he would understand, very professional and polite, he was an absolute pleasure to have met today, nothing was to much for him, and I know going forward that my dads hearing is in the best hands possible so thanks so much Gordon the pleasure was all yours.

I attended Hidden Hearing in St Vincent Street Glasgow & met Gordon Bruce who for the second time took me through the complete process in purchasing my new Hearing Aids.
I have had issues with my hearing all my life & have used Hearing Aids most of my adult life, Gordon was excellent & professional with no pressure in helping me chose the right product.
I am looking forward to my new Hearing Aids & thank Gordon for his patience, professionalism & help throughout.

Audiologist Gordon was very easy to chat to and understood the difficulties I had been experiencing with my hearing. A full and thorough hearing test was carried out. He was patient and took time explaining everything and answered all of my questions even offering to change the type of aid if I wasn’t entirely happy with them after trying. I know from past experience if there is a problem, aid not working or repair I have been able to visit branch and all staff from receptionist to audiologist have provided great service and efficiently put right any issues. It is a big plus knowing that help is on hand.

The nurse that syringed my ears was friendly & efficient. However seeing her & the receptionist outside smoking before my appointment was very off putting. If my ears were not hurting me I would have walked past & made an appointment elsewhere. Health care workers should know better!

Went in for an earwax removal. Kirsty talked me through the process and was very helpful when I had questions. The removal went smoothly, and they'll also satisfy your curiosity if you want to have a look at the before/after.

Sorry I didn't make it 5 stars but there needs to be room for improvement. Everything at my appointment went perfectly.

Attended my arranged ear wax removal appointment in Glasgow on 11th April. Kirsty was very professional and helpful. Explaining everything that would be carried out in detail. Answered any questions I asked in a pleasant manner.
