Audika - Folkestone Omdömen 

Just had my (free) hearing test at the Folkestone branch with Nicky.
Very comprehensive test, everything was clearly explained and staff friendly and personable.
Profesional organisation and will be happy to return in the future when needed. Based on this one experience I would be happy to recommend to others.

The staff at Audika have been unfailingly polite, friendly and efficient since James first visited the company (then called Hidden Hearing).
Nicky, the audiologist, is excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful and always to be relied on to signpost James to the correct treatment, given his recurrent ear infections. We are endlessly grateful to her and live in dread that she ever decides to leave!

5 star service again by Nikki and her receptionist at Folkestone

I needed an ear wax removal process. I’d been to Audika before (when they were Hearbase) and received excellent service. This time I had considered going somewhere more local to me, but I decided to go to Audika in Folkestone again as I knew their staff were highly trained and very experienced, and I could be certain of receiving 100% 5* service. This is exactly what I received - I will definitely go to them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I visited Audika (Hidden Hearing) 140, Sandgate road, Folkestone recently for an audiology appointment.
I found the whole experience impressive... I received multiple tests assessing my hearing. The results of each test were explained and discussed with me and any questions I had were promptly dealt with.
I'd rate the whole experience as '10 out of 10', really professional... a mention for the receptionist - very pleasant who also enquired whether I'd like any any refreshment

Lovely staff, very professional

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received at the Folkestone Branch of Audika. The friendly and professional staff were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Nicki, the Audiologist put me at ease when she did all the tests which were needed. I returned to have my ear wax removed the following week by Ashley and the next day had my hearing tests and returned later in the afternoon to have my new hearing aids fitted. Nicki gave me very good information about which Hearing Aids I required.Thank you for a very good customer service.

The ear syringing was painless and very fast

Both Nicki's are very welcoming and helpful. Nicki explains everything very clearly as she does all the tests. I totally trust her and recommend her to my friends.

First time I’ve had a hearing test as I had noticed a slight decline. I went to the Folkestone clinic. Nikki was very professional and thorough. Every step was explained clearly as were the results. I can thoroughly recommend them and will be returning in a year’s time for a further checkup.

Nicky was excellent. She explained everything without ever making me feel like she thought I was daft. Great to be able to get a free hearing test. Whilst the tests showed that I have mild hearing loss, Nicky advised that unless I was really struggling in social situations, she wouldn’t recommend hearing aids at this point. I booked in for another test in a year’s time. Great environment - not salesy at all, and I feel reassured that I have a baseline so I can see whether things are deteriorating over the next few years.

Always made very welcome by reception . I have been coming here for 6 yrs and nicky is very good makes you welcome and tells you e verything you want to know and explains everything you ask.
