I was very pleased with the excellent service I received at the Folkestone Branch of Audika. The friendly and professional staff were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Nicki, the Audiologist put me at ease when she did all the tests which were needed. I returned to have my ear wax removed the following week by Ashley and the next day had my hearing tests and returned later in the afternoon to have my new hearing aids fitted. Nicki gave me very good information about which Hearing Aids I required.Thank you for a very good customer service.

The ear syringing was painless and very fast

Both Nicki's are very welcoming and helpful. Nicki explains everything very clearly as she does all the tests. I totally trust her and recommend her to my friends.

First time I’ve had a hearing test as I had noticed a slight decline. I went to the Folkestone clinic. Nikki was very professional and thorough. Every step was explained clearly as were the results. I can thoroughly recommend them and will be returning in a year’s time for a further checkup.

Nicky was excellent. She explained everything without ever making me feel like she thought I was daft. Great to be able to get a free hearing test. Whilst the tests showed that I have mild hearing loss, Nicky advised that unless I was really struggling in social situations, she wouldn’t recommend hearing aids at this point. I booked in for another test in a year’s time. Great environment - not salesy at all, and I feel reassured that I have a baseline so I can see whether things are deteriorating over the next few years.

I saw Andrew who was patient, amenable and listened carefully and attentively to everything I had to say.
He gave me a thorough and professional assessment of my ears

Very thorough professional examination. Andrew explained all of the results thoroughly.

Friendly knowledgable experienced staff. Everything explained clearly. Not rushed and no pressure selling. I have had 3 previous tests with Specsavers GP and Hospital and this was far more in depth took approx an hour to complete.
Would definately recommend and there was no cost involved. If any any doubt about your hearing GO..

Cannot fault the service received on 29th April at hidden hearing in Folkestone. Both receptionist and audiologist made me feel welcome, Nikki was, as usual, thorough in her examination and very professional and caring.

The clinic itself is bright and welcoming as were the staff.

The experience was first class from the moment we met with the very kind receptionist to Nikki the audiologist. Nikki was kind, caring and patient towards my 89 year old mum. I will be recommending Hidden Hearing to everyone.

Great attention to detail tailored to my needs. Nicky is so very helpful and patient no matter how many questions I ask her. Also she has helped me to deal with tasks re my hearing aids which has made me much more confident.
