Everything was fine when at the clinic.

Greeting staff was good, the lady at the desk was very good, the two technicians who looked after me and solved my issues were very good. Everyone at the clinic was very good.

I wish the customer support service on the phone was even an iota of good as the clinic staff was. Find better customer service, guys.

Disappointed that hearing / aids are only checked annually rather every six months as previously . Domes used to be changed automatically but not recently. Aids are expensive and I feel the after care standards aren’t as they were.
I had my aids updated only to be asked “How’s that? “ It’s not possible to state there is an improvement with hearing only 2 words. I was told my aids were getting to the end of their usefulness and perhaps time for an upgrade. I wouldn’t buy an item costing 3 to 4 thousand pounds without careful consideration. Wasn’t sure whether they are really needed. Tempted to go elsewhere to have another check for comparison.

A friendly greeting and made to feel comfortable everything was explained hearing aids program circuits upgraded. the staff were helpful

I made an appointment online easily and was seen within two weeks of booking. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen very quickly. The practitioner put me at ease while explaining the process and her experience and understanding of my issues really shined through. Along with her expertise and great care was her wonderful attitude and humour. I would highly recommend. My ears are now perfect. I feel like a new man. Thank you Teresa @hiddenhearing.

Very friendly people. The shop very light and airy. Unfortunately they were not able to do anything for me as my hearing was too bad but it was still a very good experience.

Very pleasant experience, appointment took around 30 minutes, everything explained fully for what was about to happen and what you had to do.

So kind and patient. Completely unblocked my ears. Thank you.

Excellent customer service but higher prices

I was given excellent and helpful support from my audiologist who really seemed to care and took time to help me understand my hearing loss. I valued this so much!
Unfortunately, I was then quoted £6500 for Oticon Zeals and aftercare... Which - and it really saddens me to say this - I then managed to find elsewhere for less than half than price.
I think Hidden Hearing are letting their staff down by not adopting more competitive pricing strategies. I would absolutely have gone ahead with HH if the Zeals had been £3500 or thereabouts because of the quality of care... But £6500? It's simply too much (especially when retail on Zeals is around £2000 when they are purchased in bulk orders of 24)
