Zoe Merry, your Consultant is very personable and relatable. I have seen her a number of times since purchasing my Aids from her and have always been pleased with her help and assistance.

I booked an appointment on line with the Chichester branch on 27/8 for ear wax removal and had my appointment confirmed by email within minutes. 2 days later I had a phone call to say that they had somehow double booked the appointment and would need to rearrange it for several days later. I explained I had a badly blocked ear so could they not squeeze me in earlier as it was their mistake, but was told they were fully booked so there was nothing they could do. There was no interest in trying to accommodate me, I was just told the double booking was “unfortunate”. Interestingly if the customer cancels an appointment less than 2 clear working days before the scheduled appointment they are liable to pay the full fee, but it seems there is no onus on HH to provide the same courtesy to the customer when they cancel. I would strongly advise anyone booking on-line to phone up and check their confirmed appointment is actually valid after my experience with their system. Needless to say I have booked an appointment elsewhere with a shorter timescale due to my experience with HH.

The business model that Hidden Hearing use is to be applauded, insomuch that so far no charge has been made for any of the consultations given.
What this means is that when my hearing has deteriorated to the point that i need a hearing aid, they can be assured of my business.
When the rest of the country appears to be so pecuniary this is indeed a refreshing change.
Oh, and the consultant who examines me is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Having put off getting my hearing checked, I made an appointment with Hidden Hearing. The whole process couldn't have been any easier. I had a hearing test, which was done by a really friendly and reassuring member of staff. I was given really informative and good advice and help in the whole process of buying my hearing aids. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing as I feel they offer really great customer service and support. All the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.

Hidden Hearing are oozing professionalisim. Having tried some of the so called competition I have to say Hidden Hearing were exceptional. They ask the right questions and listen carefully to your response before selecting the right solution to your challenge and that is just the start of their service. I believe they genuinely care to ensure they sell you what you need rather than something they need to sell to hit targets. Zoe and her team in Chichester are exceptional and as such are a huge asset to the business. If you have hearing issues never mind the rest, go to the best.
