I now understand a lot more about my middle ear physiology
A recent flight descent indicated a pressure equalisation problem in both ears that felt worrying at the time. Chichester branch were able to see me within 5 days. Dee explained the suction process clearly and only 1 ear needed treatment. The ear drum had not perforated. Hearing in both ears is screened afterwards and ear care advice given. Glad I had it done. I now understand a lot more about my inner ear physiology and why ear wax can build up as we age.

I saw Dee last year and again recently for wax removal from my ears. She is a very friendly lady and very gentle. She was very professional, explained the process she was going to do and took great care in removing wax from my ears. She advised on care of my ears with follow up if needed.

It was a great pleasure to meet Dee today.
She was very professional, explained everything she was going to do and took great care in removing wax from my ears with the latest technology. She then fully explained how to look after my hearing and recommended a further appointment in 12 months time, I will certainly be making another appointment.

My appointment with Dee was fantastic, I was so nervous but Dee made my fears disappear,
She explained everything in stages to me.
My ears are so much better and the dizziness has stopped. Thank you
Dee even had time to check out my husband ears and yes he is going to get his ears done.

Positive feedback

Helpful Hidden Hearing
The service provided at Hidden Hearing is friendly, efficient and convenient.
It is great that they. All to remind you you are due for an appointment. It is easy to book with plenty of appointment times available.
The staff are always helpful and friendly.
Everything you need to know is explained very clearly. I would thoroughly recommend their services to other people , which I have done.

I recommend Hidden Hearing
I went to Hidden Hearing to have wax removed from my right ear. Dee was friendly, professional and efficient. The whole process was quick and pain-free. A hearing test followed, which showed that my hearing is better than average. I came out a happier person!

I had ear wax suction performed by Dee today. She was very professional and went through all the processes thoroughly. It is a lovely clean environment in there, and having the hearing test at the end was unexpected but reassuring. I highly recommend Dee.

Very friendly and efficient.
My wife and I have been seeing Dee at Hidden Hearing for a number of years and we have never had a bad experience with her. She always removes the wax quickly and efficiently with a very friendly approach and always remembers us when we go back. The office were able to offer an appointment only 7 days ahead and the whole experience was very smooth, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dee at Hidden Hearing.

Very pleased with level of service for both the hearing test and wax removal process. Audiologist was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions in detail.
