Audika - Chesterfield Omdömen

Chesterfield branch.
Phoned for an appointment for ear wax removal. Arranged quickly and without a delay.
On the day, seen promptly, process explained clearly, procedure done very effectively with before and after photos.
Recommended.
Lady’s name is Jan French.

Love Mandy n Grace they are so friendly n helpful.

Great service from Jan today. She explained everything beforehand and made me feel so at ease. Highly recommend.

I can only state that the customer service and clinical attention to helping me attain the best hearing provision was first rate. I would have given five stars but was unable to assess whether the price was justifiably so high, particularly after responding to an advert. claiming that prices were lower and comparing other competitors price range.

Grace was great as usual!
Fab after care!

Easy to make initial appointment. Plenty of reminders. Greeted nicely. Full explanation of ear construction. Clear instructions to carry out many checks and examinations. Clear reasons for intervention from test results. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere keeps you relaxed. Thank you

polite , great hearing test took the time to do a really complete test, great result, the best test / result ever

Appointment made and ear wax removal procedure carried out pain free and excellent professional advice given by Jan. Would recommend.

Jan was attentive and professional and put me at ease.

Very informative audiologist explained things very well

Very pleasant and helpful testing for a problem I mentioned.

Grace and Mandy are very professional and extremely experienced there is nothing they won’t help you with very friendly love them both can’t say anything else

I attended Hidden Hearing in Bridge of Allan on 25/1/24. This was by far the best decision I made. The staff all put me at ease as soon as I entered the building. I had a thorough test and I feel I have had my life back as does my family.
I would 100% recommend them.

Friendly welcome, thorough explanation of the hearing assessment process and excellent support in answering my questions and concerns. Good advice given.

Seeing the test results displayed and compared with last time.

Appointment in Mansfield Notts 30/08/2023, and on behalf of my husband and myself, thank you, Nabila, Akhtar, BSc for a very patient, and fastidious examination of our hearing. We are both elderly, and appreciate that you hold a clinic once a week in Mansfield, as this saved us, making the journey to Chesterfield. Well done, hidden hearing, for the countrywide leaflet advertising, this free hearing test. We can recommend this provided service, and the extremely professional way this is carried out.

Excellent service as always! Been twice now, and never disappoint. Very helpful and informative.

Professional service through wax removal to hearing test at the end, with appreciated recommendations.

My experience was brilliant! Grace was very informative and made everything easy to understand.

Having had Chesterfield Hidden Hearing for many years I am sooo impressed with my audiologist today…her name is Grace. She is so good and explains everything in clear detail…it was the best hearing check I’ve ever had. She also has so much patience and a wonderful personality… I hope that she stays at the Chesterfield branch. I also must say that Mandy the receptionist is very welcoming and they make a great team…Thank you both.
