The complete approach to my hearing check was amazingly good. It wasn’t rushed and I was given plenty of time to discussed my hearing requirements. There was no hard selling of new hearing aids as I was happy to continue using my present ones.
I would definitely recommend them to people who have hearing difficulties.

Very efficient and friendly
I was at ease as I walked in to reception and was offered tea or coffee. Rutchi, the practioner, was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. She was with me for over an hour finding all about me. I have taken a trial of hearing aids and I’m looking forward to a follow up consultation shortly.

Friendly and professional service
I went to Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal and the service from Terri was friendly, caring and professional. Everything was explained clearly and I valued the opportunity to have a hearing test afterwards. I will definitely return to Hidden Hearing and would recommend them to friends and family.
