Have been deaf in one ear for years
Have been deaf in one ear for years, and had used a nhs hearing aid with no benefit at all. Visited the hidden hearing shop in Carlisle, the service i got was really good and will have two hearing aids instead of one, I can hear for the first time in years wish i had gone earlier.

Usually a very good service
My third visit to Hidden Hearing for a hearing test, and I have been very pleased with the past two visits. However, I never had the test because I had a wax build up in one ear. So. A bit of a waste of my time, and especially my partners time. I would have thought they would have recommended a wax test first.

My first impression was being greeted…
My first impression was being greeted by a lovely gentleman whose name was Joe.
Offered tea which was a lovely gesture.
Then saw Adam who did a very thorough hearing test.
He puts you at ease.
He was very knowledgeable & went through every detail about test.
I would highly recommend Hidden Hidden.
There after care service is excellent

Lovely clean branch
Lovely clean branch , spotless. Meet by a friendly Irish man who offered me tea and explained the process and made me feel at ease before my test as I had a very hard morning seems like he sensed this and calmed me right down before my test. The test was free and very easy to do, I would recommend hidden hearing to everyone and the staff are a credit to the company
