Just wanted to thank Diane at Hidden Hearing in Cambridge for fitting my elderly Mum in at short notice. It was very good of her and she did an excellent job. Thanks to Anna as always for her kindness and help with my Mum. It is much appreciated.

Audiologist was patient and helpful and explained the processes very well. H e could not have been more helpful. Product sampled was excellent but outside my budget.

All testing conducted professionally and results explained simply and conclusions reached sensibly.
Recommendations outlined and examples examined and solution tried.

The professionalism and friendliness of everyone at my local branch in Cambridge is so welcome. Communications are always excellent via email, text or on the phone and there is a warm welcome in the store. The level of care during the hearing test itself is attentive and thorough; the audiologist is sensitive to questions and offers clear explanations. Thank you all.

The Gentleman who carried out the test was very professional and explained in great detail all about the state of my ears in terms I could understand he was first class.

as soon as you walk in the door the receptionist is so welcoming, always greets you with a smile, and offers coffee, she is very helpful and informative,, thank you Anna you are amazing.
Sam, the Audiologist, he is extremely thorough and very helpful, whether you have an appointment or just pop in for slight adjustment, he is very informative, his advice is second to none, and puts you at ease.

Sam the excellent hearing technician was very patient with me and I learned more still from him about his expertise. I am hoping to take advantage of the adaptability available for the live music listening setting on my Hearing Aid in the near future. Anna the receptionist was as always very helpful too.

Corran Atack has been excellent. I am elderly so it has been important to have a hearing aid professional who is trustworthy and patient as well as skilful, gentle and kind. It has been helpful to have Corran consistently from the initial assessment for the best hearing aids for me throughout regular testing and occasional adjustments. I recommend Corran. The support staff at HH are always polite and thoughtful about making and managing appointments too.

I had a problem with my right hearing aid and was able to book an appointment without having to wait too long. Sam was very helpful and patient and his adjustments enabled me to hear much better.
My hearing test revealed a deterioration in my quality of hearing but this usually happens when you reach 80
I believe.
He also diagnosed a build up of ear wax in both ears and therefore booked a treatment session to remove it.

Called this morning as one of my hearing aid support holders snapped, spoke to Anna on reception told her my problem she arranged an appointment for me with Sam the same day to fit new holders. Both Anna And Sam are very professional as usual, cannot fault either of them.

Hidden Hearing in Bury St Edmunds were available on time and both knowledgeable and professional. It was a very good appointment. I was particularly interested in the hearing aids attached to glasses, but tests showed that these would not be suitable for me.

Sam the audiologist was exacting in all details of the audience, testing and comparing results with previous meeting. He did not push a sale when I enquired about a potential upgrade but advised monitoring progress with the existing aids.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was made very welcome. Both the receptionist and Sam, the hearing specialist, were friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful.
Nothing was too much for them. A very relaxing experience.

Efficient and quick check up and installation of new programmes and advice on maintenance. All staff always very polite and friendly.

I received a thorough examination and explanation. Also practically I was able only to travel to St Neots to access the session rather than going into Cambridge.

I took my Mum to hidden hearing twice for micro suction . Mum lives with dementia and Diane and Sam could not have made the process more pleasurable. Diane’s ability to put Mum at ease and reassure her was just what she needed. I would recommend them to anyone . Thank you so much

Had an ear cleaning appointment with Diane Dorr. She was great and really friendly. Explained everything very well. The procedure was smooth and I can hear much better now. All done in less than half an hour. Got a complementary hearing test and ear drops too. Thank you so much!
