Audika - Brentwood Omdömen

Debbie was superb! Great service and after two appointments, all sorted!

I was worried before I went but Debbie made it easy with her knowledge and patience Pat Chaplin

A friendly professional service which reassured us about our hearing.
The plotted graph was really useful in showing that things remained ok.
Thanks

I had a great ear wax removal experience at Hidden Hearing with Debbie today. It was quick and easy to book online and Debbie made me feel really at ease, explaining everything as she went. I couldn’t believe how much wax had built up, especially as I’m in my early 30s. I would definitely encourage more young people to book as I feel so much clearer and better

The hearing tester is very good and welcoming, he does not rush the tests and discussions. The aids are very good and can be adjusted for various situations, through ones phone now.

Helpful, professional staff

The team at Hidden Hearing were great. Had never had wax removal from my ears and turned out I really needed it. Fantastic service and very friendly staff.

Good personal skills and answered specific questions

I was made to feel very welcome & Debbie, my practitioner was very professional, she explained everything & was very thorough. I would highly recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of accompanying my mother-in-law, Sheila, and her daughter Jan to Hidden Hearing in Brentwood, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by Patrick, Eva, and Debbie.

Patrick was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, guiding us through each step of the process with patience and understanding.
Eva and Debbie were equally fantastic, making Sheila feel completely at ease during her visit.
They were all so gentle and considerate, ensuring that Sheila's experience was as comfortable as possible.

Thank you, Patrick, Eva, and Debbie, for your outstanding care and for going above and beyond to make Sheila and Jan feel so well cared for.
