The staff Kelly & Diane were incredibly professional, patient, and kind—taking time to explain every step of the process in a way that made me feel confident and informed. My audiologist Diane was brilliant, answering all my questions and tailoring the experience to my lifestyle and needs.
The hearing test was thorough, and the results were explained clearly without any pressure to purchase. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the genuine interest in helping me hear better—not just selling a product. The hearing aids I received have truly transformed my day-to-day life. I can now enjoy conversations, music, and even the subtle sounds I didn’t realize I was missing.
Hidden Hearing exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone considering hearing support!

Exceptional service. Received a very warm & friendly welcome.
The hearing test and what was going to happen was explained clearly and concisely by Daniel who was doing the test. The tests done were thorough and any nerves were put at ease. The process couldn’t have gone any better. There was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ to purchase any aids. Will certainly recommend this company.
