Shaun was excellent overall. His demeanour was professional, highly experienced and above all totally honest.

Prompt service, easy booking online and Suzanne had a lovely, reassuring manner which helped me to feel calm and well cared for. She kept me informed about the process as it went along and I felt so much better after having ear wax removal - thank you so much.

Honesty with no pressure to buy
A very complete and well explained process by Shaun the Dispenser. There was no high pressure selling and the price includes future re-testing too. Sharon the Receptionist is helpful and Friendly, making the overall exercise, very pleasant.
