Utilizzo Audiio con piacere, soprattutto per l'ottima libreria musicale e la praticità dell'app mobile. Gli strumenti AI come Hans e LinkMatch facilitano di molto il lavoro creativo, azzeccando quasi sempre il mood giusto. Tuttavia, non do 5 stelle per due motivi: la sezione effetti sonori (SFX) è poco fornita e la procedura di cancellazione dell'abbonamento non è automatica, ma richiede un passaggio via email. In ogni caso, il supporto clienti è efficiente e la qualità del servizio è garantita.

Great platform, clean UI, easy to navigate. Music library is decent but not extensive, although it's getting better. There is also SFX which is really useful! Where Audiio really shines is the support team—they're responsive and genuinely helpful.

J'ai souscris à une offre il y a un an, et contre toute attente aucun email ou notification pour nous dire que le renouvellement est automatique. Je contact le service client pour annuler celui-ci après m'être fait prélevé la somme sur mon compte après multiple tentatives (je trouvais ça déjà limite dans le sens ou ils forcent pour avoir l'argent). La personne que j'ai au service client me demande pourquoi je veux me désinscrire et je mentionne clairement que je ne suis plus freelance et que la société qui m'a embauché a un abonnement avec un concurrent. Cette personne ne m'indique aucune démarche pour un remboursement que l'abonnement est valable toute l'année et que j'aurais 30% de réduction si je reviens... Je trouve ça malsain de ne pas notifié ses clients sur la période de réabonnement et que leur seul argument c'est "vous avez la date dans votre espace personnel..."
Pour un catalogue très limité et une offre malhonnête concernant l'abonnement à vie, ce site mérite d'être dénoncé.

With a wide selection of music, you can find the perfect track for every project. The AI features are also very helpful in finding the "right" song. The support team is also excellent, providing personal and prompt responses to resolve any questions or issues.

My experience with Audiio is very positive. I am a non-professional videographer who aims to make high quality videos. As a photographer I am relatively new to videography and I was happy to discover Audiio. What I like especially is the possibility to find music based on Youtube-links.

Had a very good experience getting my account sorted for another years subscription with Audiio. Blake was very efficient and quick with his responses and was able to quickly process my requests

Music is average, but cancelling an annual subscription isn't easy. Had to email three times back and forth over a week to get them to confirm it had been stopped and wouldn't renew.

There is better out there, but be wary of copyright claims.

Jestem bardzo zadowolonym użytkownikiem serwisu Audiio! Baza jest bardzo przemyślanie pogrupowana. Nieustannie pojawiają się nowe utwory a serwis ciągle się zmienia. Niedawno wprowadzone zostały bardzo przydatne narzędzia AI które sprawiają, że dopasowywanie muzyki do tworzonych treści jest jeszcze bardziej proste i efektywne! Na pochwałę zasługuje też wsparcie techniczne serwisu! Problemy zostają rozwiązywane błyskawicznie a do kontaktu przypisany jest konkretny człowiek a nie automatyczny bot! Brawo!
