Mattress Sink in 3 months, such a poor quality mattress, there service after sales is worst no one answers about your querry, avoid buying anything from this company as they selling such a poor quality stuff.
i will report them on other social media platforms as they advertize everywhere but there custumer service is absolutely pathetic !

Well my son got it as a Christmas present and now he sleeps on his bed all the time before his old mattress he always was found on the couch so I guess it’s a win/win situation He gets a comfy bed a I get my couch back

Ordering process was easy
Ordering process was easy, l rang customer service to enquire about the likelihood of delivery before Christmas, l was advised that it should but couldn't guarantee it, l received an email the next day telling me it was scheduled & should arrive on time, which it did.
