OEM parts discrepancy, excellent customer service resolved
Had an issue whereby for my SQ5 biturbo CGQB diesel injectors, the single use bolt specs don’t match OEM - M8 spline bolt head is undersized. Additionally, copper crush washers didn’t match OEM profile with chamfered lower end to seat diesel injectors properly.
Vendor reached out post my first review here and put it down to a product discrepancy during the final verification process, which would make sense.
Also was prompt with communications, refunded all value for the entire kit for my order.
Overall excellent customer service, just a shame the parts didn’t match OEM spec.

Very trustworthy company…
Very trustworthy company with quick responses, efficient processing, and fast shipping.
I ordered the exact part number specified for my vehicle. Unfortunately, after receiving and testing the part, it did not work. My original part had a 6-pin connector, while the replacement sent to me had a 5-pin connector.
The team made every effort to locate the correct part, but unfortunately it did not pass the required testing. Despite this, they handled the situation professionally and provided a full refund.
Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and updated regularly. Special thanks to Amara for her excellent customer service and support.
