SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They received my parcel, it took them 2 days to register it into the system. Then I gave them the order to forward and paid over 50 pound to have it shipped quickly with UPS but they have shipped it with cheap, slow and unreliable Royal Mail (20GBP) after another 7 days. They have not refunded me any money and obviously the parcel has not arrived after 3 weeks waiting.
The customer support does not react, no answers. I've reached out multiple times. No response, no refund, NOTHING! This is a SCAM!

J’ai utilisé Atvido encore une fois comme service de réexpédition depuis le Royaume-Uni vers la France, notamment parce qu’ils indiquent que les frais de douane sont pris en charge.
Malheureusement, mon expérience a été extrêmement décevante.
Mon colis est bloqué en douane en France (Paris) depuis plus d’un mois, avec le statut “retenu par la douane”, sans aucune évolution.
J’ai contacté directement la douane française, qui m’a confirmé qu’elle ne peut rien faire car le colis est sous la responsabilité du déclarant (le transporteur utilisé par Atvido). Je ne peux donc ni payer la TVA ni débloquer la situation moi-même.
Malgré plusieurs relances, Atvido ne fournit aucune solution concrète. Les réponses sont vagues et ne traitent pas le problème.
Le transporteur (Evri) est également injoignable, ce qui me laisse complètement bloqué sans aucune possibilité d’agir.
Cette situation montre clairement un défaut de service :
Dédouanement mal géré
Aucune assistance en cas de problème
Communication très insuffisante
Aujourd’hui, mon colis est bloqué sans perspective de résolution.
Je déconseille fortement ce service, en particulier si vous comptez sur leur promesse de “frais de douane inclus”.
En cas de problème, vous risquez de vous retrouver seul sans solution.
Expérience très frustrante et inacceptable.

Last year on July 19th, I paid for combined shipping through Atvido, which originally included two shipments: a large brown envelope and a large white envelope. However, I only received the brown envelope. The white envelope, which was supposed to be included in the combined shipment, appears to be missing. Paying extra for a service and then not getting half my shipment is ridiculous.
I contacted Atvido with proof several times but there was no answer. If you made a mistake, or even lost the second package, ok, I can forgive a human error despite losing money. But ignoring all attempts at contact? It's terrible service, and I've stopped using them since.
EDIT: They replied, “After carefully reviewing the shipment with our warehouse team, we can confirm that all items were packed and dispatched before shipping.”
I’m not convinced that’s accurate. I had two separate shipments (a white envelope and a brown envelope) and I chose (and paid) for combined shipping. Combined shipping should mean both items are packed together into one shipment (for example, one box or one larger envelope). However, I received only the same brown envelope shown in the photos, which suggests the items were not combined and that only one shipment was sent.

I've been sending them emails, Facebook messages all the time, and they dont answer Why aren't they replying? Is it a scam? Should i pay the shipping knowing they dont have any comunication with customers? If they are legit and pay attention, i will play the service

Price is good. For sure. Almost as good as I do it by myself.
I paid for shipment by UPS two days ago.
Their website says it is handed over to courier. But, no, no, it is not. As I checked UPS website using the tracking number provided, it haven't picked up as of now. If I write a label by myself, UPS comes to pick up on the same day....
I called to UPS - because no one from this company respond to my question. Also, the UK phone number presented on the website is currently not used by anyone.
They said no pick up is arranged.
OMG.
It seems they use Parcel2Go to ship out because I received an email from them. But but but but the addressee name it says is wrong. I instructed to send the item to someone else in Japan (not myself who is in the UK), without correction, it can't clear customs at the worst scenario.
I only got frustrated with their services provided.
Better pay for the expensive service provider that does what they must do.
Atvido is cheap but they don't do the right job. No satisfaction. Only frustration. Poor.
Package lost. No response.
Package arrived to Atvido site, does not show up in my parcels section even after a week.
Sent email to info"atvido.com, I got no reply.
Tried calling the number on their site, number is disconnected.
How am i supposed to contact support ??
Update : I managed to get in contact with someone by calling a business next door to Atvido.
My shipper did not include my unique identifier code so package was immediately put into a pile to be sold as lost packages.
I get that the initial shipper did not provide all the details but making impossible for a customer to contact you makes it a scammy business.

Ich musste für ein Paket 2 Wochen warten, weil es wahrscheinlich vergessen wurde, es zu verschicken. Ich musste 3 Mal im Kunden-Support nachfragen, wann das Paket den verschickt wird. Aber letztendlich kam mein Paket an, was mich erleichtert hat. So etwas besorgt einen wenn man nicht weiß, was mit dem Paket ist oder ob es verschickt wurde. Das Tracking nicht in Echtzeit, erst nach 48 Stunden bekam ich auf dem Dashboard den Bescheid, dass meine Lieferung im Lager angekommen ist. Die Lieferkosten nach Deutschland waren in Ordnung und Bezahlung war einfach.

first experience using this service, but I have used many other services before, so I can compare.
My parcels have 2 and are combined for shipping 40x40x3 and 40x37x8 but what happened, the calculation added up to 80x77x11 with a cost of £56 directly to my country because I am not allowed to send to UK logistics 🤣.
then i choose landmark then they forward to parcel2go then forward to landmark heatrow 🤣. because my name is already famous in the logistic so the package stops there to be combined with other packages, even though i paid to go directly to my country. so i resend it with my other packages at a cost of €33 cheaper right? the problem is why do you not allow sending UK to UK 🤣 but in the end it stops at landmark logistic

Atvido said they would cover all customs fees so I paid £32.87 to have my packages sent. Despite Atvido's promise, my package was stopped at customs in Denmark. The message was that the sender had not provided correct IOSS information, and therefore the package was stopped.
I had to pay £18.7 to have the package released, and even though Atvido had advertised that they would cover all customs fees, they will not cover these fees. Therefore, the package was sent back to Atvido. Now they want me to pay postage again, even though it was Atvido who made a mistake in the first shipment.
Of course I don't want to pay more than £32 again. Then I could have paid to have the first package released through customs myself. That would have been cheaper.
Now Atvido is no longer responding to my emails.

This was NOT a routine check of my package, and you know that. The package was only stopped at customs because you had provided incomplete IOSS information on the package.
It is also not correct when you write that I, as the recipient, had to provide further information. I ONLY had two options;
1 - to pay £18.7 to have the package released.
2 - to have it returned to you.
The option to submit information that you write about didn't exist.
The package was only stopped due to an error on your part, and it would be appropriate for you to acknowledge this and then send the package to me at no additional cost to me.

Hello,
so on 3-6 I orderd a package to be send to my home.
That package is still not having any tracking information. It keep saying the courier wanted to pick it up, but Atvido did not answere the door. I've send around 10 e-mails and just gotten 1 quick reply about it which is in my eyes not enough. I just ask to give me any information, any tracking data about my lost package.
I also took insurance for this package!
So I just want to know when I can get my items or when I could get my money back incase something did happen to it.
Update your customers, Send them a e-mail and keep them updated. All that takes for a company to be a good company. Something can always happen during transport, and thats why I took the insurance in the first place.
Its been 2 full weeks since I paid for my package..
Its a 1 star review, and untill I get my package/status updates It will stay like this.
There have been like 8 packages send over the last 1.5 year and never had such problems like now. I wish you could make the communication a little bit better. Also for future clients that takes your services..

Yesterday my package finally arrived. Gonna edit it to 4 stars. I really hope the communication will get better at Atvido to their customers. For now I'm happy.

The first time I used this service I had a lot of problems with the shipment not arriving and getting lost in the UK London UPS facility but nontheless after 1.5 months it arrived at my door in Belgium.
Now I tried the service again with a Pokémon Center Elite trainer box I ordered in the UK and after a month it arrived at my door without any problems whatsoever! Great service!
Just 1 thing to remember, they have this small tick off box when you chooseyour shippid company, ALWAYS tick off the international insurance box, so if your package gets lost, you're at least insured!

I did not receive my parcel, the company did not respond to emails, later they lied that I incorrectly indicated the recipient's country, although all documents clearly show that the recipient's country is indicated correctly. I contacted the Consumer Rights Protection Service, the service made a decision that the company must return the money but the company did not return the money to me within the specified period. Finally, I contacted the lawyers and the money was forcibly debited from the companies' account. This whole process took almost a year.

I have used Atvido for years and always had a great experience. I’ve had them mail vinyls & CDs without being damaged. One of these orders included combined shipping, which they securely taped the different boxes together to save on postage. I loved that they didn’t actually take items out of multiple orders and package themselves.

This was my fith shipment from Atvido, the four shipments before were handled very quickly and with excellent care, so I trusted them with a shipment with a more valuable amount of Pokemon trading cards, for the collection of me and my sons.
This parcel was shipped on January 20th from UK to the Netherlands, using DPD as a carrier. It contained Pokemon cards from sets that are not available anymore on the Pokemon Center website.
On January 25, the parcel was in customs in the Netherlands, according to the DPD tracking info. On Februari 4th the parcel was still not delivered so I reached out to Atvido and DPD. Atvido claims to have supplied all the correct info to DPD. DPD claims that there was missing info. Contact with the customer service from Atvido is very limited (I couldn't call them because the telephone number isn't working) and the mail answers are very short and the persons who answer (there are no names so I don't know who I speak to) asks for the same information again and again.
DPD cannot help me because I'm not the sender and they don't speak to the receiver.
According to the DPD tracking info, the parcel is now (2 months later) in Norway (????) but nobody can tell me what is wrong with the delivery and if I can expect the parcel ever to be delivered.
I really hope this issue can be resolved. For this reason, I still rate Atvido with two stars and I will adjust my rating when my package will be delivered. But my experience with the Atvido customer service is not very good to this date.
DPD provided me a working telephone number from Atvido. I called this number and spoke to a women who receives the packages at her home, puts a label on it and ships it. A very strange story? She couldn't help me with my delivery problems.
Update 31-3-2025: I have adjusted my rating to 1 star: I have received an email stating the order has been lost. I didn't use the insured option, so there is nothing Atvido or DPD will do. There is no offer for compensation of any kind. I don't know if Atvido has tried everything they can to find the parcel. Communication is very limited. The reaction below is the most extensive reaction I ever received: I wish they could communicate like this by email.
To make things worse, a new shipment of last week was also not okay: I received parcels from another customer and I don't know where my own parcels are. Again, communication is very limited.
Hopefully Atvido sorts these problems out. If your main activity can't be trusted by your customers and the very expensive insured shipment option is needed because otherwise they mess up and you can't do anything about it as a customer, is this the way you want to run your company?

Made an account and did everything I was supposed to do, got a tracking number for my purchase and then that's where the nightmare started. Delivered to a wearhouse, sat there, to another wearhouse and sat some more, asked what was in it then got another message informing me ot was being returned (it was tubing for non restricted motorcycle exhaust that people here do have so I know for a fact it wasn't denied in coustoms) and no one knows anything including the shipper. One run around after another and I feel I was lied to over and over. There is no record of my shipment in my app....odd. Great scam🖕
