Let me start by saying my experience here was amazing, I had my teeth done in Jan 2025. I had sensitivity issues from day one but was told it would settle down.
Forward 1 year Jan 2026. The sensitivity is still present in fact worse. I went to my 1 yr check up in Turkey told them about my issues. Head dentist said everything is fine there us nothing to worry about!!
Let's head towards April, it's getting worse! They sent me to London, they are very very nice there. I was told I would have to pay for x-rays but in the end they did them for free.
There I was told I will need a root canal soon as it on its way out and has been for a long time ! Mmm £900 !! ERM no I can't afford that for an issue that was already there. Back onto Attelia Turkey.
After waiting almost a week for any answers they said it looks like an infection is forming, then said it looks like it's been there sometime, that's why your having pain !!
Ok off to get antibiotics NO still the same still in pain still I cannot eat in the left side of my mouth!
So while the initial care and attention is amazing once they have your money they really don't care aftercare is shocking!
My partner also had issues hence why I waited so long long to review.
He was told unless he removed his review they would not help him !!.How's that for aftercare.
So now I have a very painful tooth that should have been delt with first or second visit!!
Thank Attelia for my beautiful but very painful teeth !! YOUR AFTER CARE IS SHOCKING!!

There is something very dodgy about this clinic? Look at the dates of the reviews. They work like dentist brokers after the communication with myself was very odd…I called them direct but received WhatsApp messages from what appears to be a separate corporation.

A REAL REVIEW OF ATTELIA
Today I want to give you the details of a REAL review, not the ones that have been paid for on trustpilot, or the reviews they heavily encourage you to make straight after having your treatment and before the real problems start. I’m going to tell you about the “work” that did on me including their failings and subsequent threats and intimidation tactics. Firstly there seems to be a couple of clinics called Attelia, so I have put the logo of the correct clinic for reference.

So what did they do wrong

1. Serious amounts of decay left behind on several teeth, but most concerning two
teeth that would have undoubtably resulted in tooth loss (see attached images)
this has been verified by several dentists as being unethical at best and negligent
at worst. They basically hurried the job and crowned decay.

2. Three root canals missed which were leading to pain.

3. Crowns fitted incorrectly leaving large gaps between the teeth and the gums. They told me this was normal for cleaning. I’m pretty sure that you shouldn’t be able to touch the shaven down tooth!!!

4. Unnecessary and Incorrectly applied sets of pairs of twos and threes bridges
leading to discomfort whilst eating, cracking sensation and general pain.

5. An incorrectly aligned implant that will require a special abutment to rectify or
worst case the removal of the implant.

6. They wanted to remove a perfectly salvageable tooth which has been fully
restored by my new clinic. I can only assume this was for speed purposes

7. Incorrect bite alignment leading to issues and pain when eating

8. I asked for individual crowns before I left the UK, on arrival I was told that my only option was to have bridges everywhere instead of individual crowns, I was told that it was impossible, I’m not a dentist so I went with their professional opinion . Yet here I am today with perfectly fine set of individual crowns, and all of the above issues are now resolved. When I challenged their decision to not make them individual, they then did a complete 180 degree turn and kindly offered to change them all to individual crowns for the additional sum of £3600!! So clearly it could, and should have been done originally.

In fairness to them, they did offer to look at my concerns under warranty, but I had lost all faith in this clinic by then. It now transpires that my fears are correct as they have threatened me with legal action and criminal charges for speaking up.

This is my own personal experience and I’m sure people (including celebrities and YouTubers who I’m sure they pay extra attention to) have no issues with their teeth. However I would highly recommend you don’t have this company in your top 20 list. I have a friend that I have met on this group who I won’t name and she has had exactly the same issues.

This clinic used to have a good name, but that was years ago now and I fear the good dentists have moved on. Now they are operating like a tooth factory and you are on a conveyor belt, get them in and out as quickly as possible, take the money…..next!!

Please avoid at all costs if you value your smile
