Bought the Geissele G Lever about a month ago and from the beginning I should’ve known something was off. Supposedly didn’t work with either the SD-C or the SSAE-X that I had so no problem I ordered a SSA-E. Everything installed doesn’t work. I watch the videos I follow all the troubleshooting and where I should’ve stopped was “polishing the trigger bar” like the guy says but against my better judgement I did. Polished a little at a time and would retest and each time it was not passing its functions tests. Eventually I end up with a ruined Geissele trigger and a pile of useless parts. I emailed Atrius and they said it sounded defective and that they would elevate my claim and send a return label. I sent it off and was emailed today (after a previous email saying they were marking it defective and refunding me my money) saying that the G Lever wasn’t defective and they were sending it back to me. This company has no respect for its customers and like previous people have noted it may work for them but if consumers are having issues it’s time to listen. This is false advertisement as the website (and I have screenshots) states “no modifications necessary.” If your website states this but you require consumers to modify through “polishing” a perfectly good Geissele trigger, then you don’t have a true drop in product and it is THE DEFINITION of false advertisement.

This lot are total scammers! Do not use as you will not receive anything and they will just ignore all emails trying to get a refund. Having to go through my bank now. Just avoid.

Trash, promised me it would work in any mil-spec lower. It doesn’t. Tried multiple lowers. Multiple parts. BCG, grips, buffers, these dudes don’t know why their product doesn’t work in your rifle; they just know it works in theirs. After milling the radius etc, no help from devs. I’m voiding transaction and going another route.

I was part of the first round of orders and lied to for months. I was told they made mistakes and it will ship in 3 weeks......I was told this 4 times after almost 3 months I finally canceled the order after no communication from this joke of a company. Upon canceling an additional charge showed up on my account and after bringing it to their attention they said not their problem. Stay far far away from this company they are just a bunch on thieves.

Ordered 5 months ago. Still get spammed with emails asking to order more.

These guys send more scam emails than my local Nigerian prince. Do not buy from these guys, you’ll receive nothing
