Commande passée le 01/04. Je reçois un mail de confirmation et le site indique une livraison en 7 à 10 jours. Nous sommes 25 jours plus tard….je n’ai toujours pas reçu la commande qui est en transit depuis le 17/04…j’habite à 20km de paris….alena paris est donc au bout du monde??? Scandaleux! Je demande à être remboursé !

Would give it zero off I could. Total scam! Chloe ferry promoted them and gave a code for discount. Purchased a necklace in February. No item. No refund. No correspondence. Tracking number.. A lie. DONT BUY FROM .Also to Chloe Ferry.. before you take the money and run.. might wanna check the legitimacy of your "adds"

This company is a scam, I ordered a necklace 3 months ago and I have emailed them multiple times, they are not helpful and are no longer replying to emails. Don’t order from them, their service is disgusting.

Raised a dispute with bank, Atena Paris has now refunded me. Definitely worth pursuing with your own bank!

I have emailed them again asking for a refund and i have been blocked please do not order from this company!!!!!

I ordered a necklace after seeing it on chloe ferry’s Snapchat, 5 months later and no product, no refund, they’ve now blocked my emails, absolutely appalling do not order from this site it is a scam!

ordered in March. I sent one email asking where my parcel was at and they replied then blocked me from emailing again. Still not received item. Seen the ad on Chloe ferrys snap chat. Don’t waste your time or money

Honestly the worst emailed me back saying theyll look into it so I wait weeks and same answers been 8 months now and they have blocked me from emailing them becausw I asked for refund or the order. Very disappointing

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this company do not order from them not only I am one of many many unsatisfied customers but the rudness of the person who replies to the emails is beyond she's very rude the replies she gives are very unprofessional.. I the same as others ordered in November 2020 its now April 7th and I'm still to receive my order I will be taking this further and seeking legal advise after reading all the comments on here.. they also block your emails I will 100% leave this company a bad review at every opertunity if the customer service was good the company would get better reviews because the necklaces I did order was lovely

I ordered 11 necklaces from this website in November 2020 as Christmas gifts for Friends and Family. I was told on numerous occasions I would have them next week and I never received them we are now in April. I have 30+ emails back and forth looking and requesting my delivery then it went to a full refund I was told by Stella that I would get a full refund but never got this, then someone else emailed me and said I will have my delivery next week surprisingly it never came. I then asked for a full refund and they said I would get it by the end of the week but I have still not received my items nor my refund.
I have contacted them through Facebook, Instagram email (hello... which is now blocked) and Contact... Please please DO NOT order from this company, Dont waste your money.

Ordered 7 necklaces as gifts for my friends over lockdown. I seen this on Chloe Ferry’s Snapchat. I’ve tried chasing them as we are now in April and still not received. I’ve emailed again and have now been blocked. Please do not buy from this company. Complete scam

Ordered item after seeing it advertised on chloe ferry snapchat. I ordered it im jan i recieved to end of march . The quaility of the product is very poor and cheap looking and the presentation was shocking no box or packaging at all. Very dissappoint total scam . Stay away.

Ordered a necklace with my name on it after Chloe Ferry advertised it on Snapchat. I ordered this in January and it’s still not turned up... they had also given me a fake tracking number. When I emailed for an update at the start of feb I got ‘we hope it turns up soon’. Just gone back to e-mail them again asking for a refund and I have now been blocked and my e-mail won’t be sent. DON’T USE THIS company!!!

Ordered two neckalces after Chloe Ferry advertised them on her snap chat, took FOREVER to arrive - 2 months!! One has already broken, when you email their customer services if you are lucky enough to get a response it just says "we will look into this and come back to you"

Delivery was over 4 weeks. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Very cheap looking. Feel like I've been scammed. I'd bought a few of these for gifts too which I will not be giving them out as the are so cheap looking.

SHOCKING!!!! Paid for premium delivery of 2 necklaces. Received neither of them!!!! Ordered over 4 weeks ago. Sent several emails. Had a couple of replies saying they will look into it. But nothing. I ordered this from a swipe up from Chloe ferry’s Instagram!!!! Absolutely fewmin!!!!

The service is absolutely poo, I feel like I've been scammed. I haven't got an update as to where my order is, the communication is shocking as they don't reply back. This company is disgraceful.
When they do reply 'they are working on it'
It's shocking and I hope other customers don't go through this.
