Best card shop in Newcastle
Super friendly atmosphere, plus some of the best prices I've seen for Pokémon stuff - packs and singles. Definitely will be buying from here again.

I’m a little confused by this. I’ve replied to every email. Explained every enquiry. It clearly states we ship 7-10 working days after the 28th on the website. As a previous buyer you would’ve been already aware the 28th was our original date. To then also say we cancelled your order when you asked me to cancel the subscription is incredibly disheartening and respectfully plagiarism. It really makes me uncomfortable sending the July one out and we may cancel this outright as after this I don’t feel comfortable doing business with yourself

I’m more than confused as we have SHIPPED your June box in line with the advertised policy we shared with you. Our shipping for ALL subscription boxes is ‘after the 28th all boxes are shipped. If the 28th is a weekend or Monday they ship 7-10 working days from the following. We have not cancelled your June order? We have not shipped your July order? Because again they SHIP 7-10 working days latest from the 28th of every month, as has always been the case for FIVE years, as a previous buyer you’d be well aware of this? I don’t understand the confusion. We can happily cancel and refund the July box. If you’d like to post a return and cancel the June box on its arrival we will happily reimburse this also. I’m not sure where. I think you have a big misunderstanding of the boxes all order in a month 1st-27th ship 7-10 working days at the same time after the 28th. Order 10th of June ships 7-10 working after June 28th. Ordering 1st-27th July ship 7-10 working days after July 28th. Before this change it was the same but without the 7-10 working days. Your experience you’re sharing is saying I’ve cancelled something, which has been shipped. And saying that we haven’t followed the very clear policy we’ve followed for 5 years. Im very sorry you’re disappointed but as mentioned in our conversation on shopfiy if you wish to pay the day before shipping and packaging for 85 monthly boxes occur pay on the 27th as a lot of work goes into ensuring the boxes a go out together, fairly

Great Service
Used this subscription service aprox over 6 months, really reliable, excellent communication as/when changes are required (which are few) really pleased with conistent, hassle free experience. And always responsive via email! Price point is great, comapred to anway where else with demand.

Great experience overall
Order arrived quickly and well packaged. Sticks to RRP for pokemon products which is greatly appreciated and great passion for TCGs. 10/10 would recommend buying off of Asters World
