So started way back in Feb and Paul really knows the industry
What works for certain people in certain employment
We got the mortage we needed in July
Took forever due to lock down and decided to go for a new property then back to the original property
Paul and his team patience and getting the final result was amazing
Def would use again when needed and most def recommend to anyone who thinks it’s a no just ask Paul
You may be surprised and get the dream house you always wanted

Professional, helpful, highly recommended
Paul at Assured Mortgage Advice was very thorough and patient during the mortgage application process. We weren’t the easiest of customers being company directors, as there was a little more paperwork however Paul took it all in his stride and it didn’t take him long to find us an excellent mortgage and a fast acceptance. He has also sorted all our insurances and it was great to keep it under one roof. I will not hesitate to use Paul and his team moving forward, effortless and professional, highly recommended.

Fantastic Service
Fantastic service from all at Assured Mortgage Advice. I would highly recommend their services and will be returning to Paul upon mortgage renewal. His advice was imperative due to my employment circumstances. Before, during and after the mortgage process, Paul provided a professional, knowledgable and thorough service with a great level of understanding - especially as a first time buyer! I cannot thank the team enough for all their advice over the last few years. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Excellent - went above and beyond
Adam and co were great - not only getting us a great mortgage deal and giving good advice in the middle of lockdown, but at the Nth hour when it looked like things might fall through due to solicitor issues, Adam went that extra mile to make sure everything was sorted and everything went through. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Undeniably outstanding.
Don't try looking yourself! It is ultimately a waste of your time. Give these a call. Seamless. Efficient. Even in the midst of global pandemic. Above and beyond. I didn't take heed of my own advice, tried looking off my own back; wasted hours. Paul at Assured managed to secure more borrowing far quicker. Excellent communication throughout what was a very quick process. Superb value. I would use next time without a moments thought. Have and will continue to recommend. Julia and Paul will 100% sort everything out. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used Assured Mortgage Advice, and both experiences have been exceptional. Paul has always been great and patient, providing help and guidance along the way, and also being clear with any potential risks.

Faultless
Paul was amazing helping with the mortgage process. As a first time buyer it was all very new to me. He took the time to listen and explain everything, he was honest and trustworthy. This made the mortgage and moving process alot easier than I had envisioned. Thanks Paul. :)
