Mixed Reviews
Our first experience was good, all was explained and all correspondence was fairly quick. Unfortunately, since the mortgage was ported it was only two months before it was up for renewal. Even when starting this process more than a month in advance, a very simple application turned into a lack of communication and delays which meant the current mortgage ran into variable rate charges.

Dear Monique,
I apologise that you you feel that you have not had the greatest of service from us second time around. We really appreciate honest feedback like yours as we use it to try and improve and learn from it so it does not happen again.
I believe that subsequently you have spoken to your Advisor who explained that the mortgage was offered quickly, within 10 days, but the delays were incurred with the lenders remortgage solicitors which are a third party and is unfortunately somewhat out of our control.
However, I am disappointed that you did not receive the good communication as this is essential and a core part of our company's culture. I have discussed this with my team and implemented some changes to try and prevent this happening again.
We are generally very good (as you can see from all the other reviews) but accept that sometimes we do not always get it right.
Again, thank you for your honest feedback and if you would like to speak to me I would be more than happy to do so.

This is second time that we have used the services of AMA, the first time the helpfulness and ease of dealing with Paul was fantastic and I’m glad to say that nothing has changed second time around.
I would personally recommend this business to my friends and family and will definitely seek them out in the future.

Brilliant, Friendly professional service
We have just completed on our first home. Paul, Julie and the team throughout at Assured mortgage advice were brilliant. Paul explained the process to us really well and provided us with guides to buying our first home.
Once we got the mortgage approval we had an issue with the postcode being wrong and due to covid our provider was taking longer than usual to correct the issue. Julie chased our provider up daily to ensure we got the correct postcode on the approval to be able to exchange at the date we were given.
Paul also talked us through our life and building/ contents insurance and ensured we got the best deal we coul. We are more than happy with the service provided and will be using them again when we remortgage in a few years time!
